I love how he as a hero is so independent in his original series and he bonded with an ancient alien artifact THROUGH THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP he is the chosen one but hes also not because he is Literally Just Some Dude and they've captured that energy so well and I love him hes my blorbo 😭😭😭

No he's literally Just Some Guy like his 'darkest power fantasy' is being a dentist and like. He's just such a good person yk?? Like he's a legacy yes but he's a traditional legacy like the Robins etc, he's not tied to his mentor or predecessors, he's his own hero and person and he's so good at it BC he's just some guy and he doesn't want ultimate power or whatever I LOVE HIM.

Like he's so grounded in a way?? He feels very realistic as a person imo, he's not perfect but he wants to help the people he cares about and those around him and he bonds with a murderous scarab by making friends with it and he has issues about his identity as an immigrant or about helping his family and he's snarky and sarcastic and doubts himself and UGH.
