manuela and hanneman are colleagues and something like friends, though they bicker and fight a lot as well!
however, ever since you've become hanneman's assistant and started being around him more, manuel seems… a little nice towards him?
hanneman isn't stupid, he notices right away that manuela has changed a bit. though he doesn't put two and two together to realize that she's in love with you
only when hanneman overhears manuela asking you out for a drink after work does he realize that she's into you. and by that point, you've taken a liking to her as well!
hanneman isn't too fond of the idea that manuela and you are dating, but it ends up happening anyways. and ultimately, he ends up being happy for you, even if manuela will earn a few eye rolls from him–
thanks to manuela's relationship with you, hanneman and her grow a little closer as well, since they are forced to be around each other even more. but they end up slowly getting along more!
