It’s been five days since she started on the new school, and things were going nicely. Alice had a lot to catch up study wise and was still learning her way around the buildings, but her classmates had offered to help and she was getting to know them better. Whenever she started overthinking and got worried about being a hassle, she remembered Asahi-san and the promise they’d made to each other to their best.
Smiling to herself at the memory of the gentle boy, she hopes he’s doing okay wherever he is and turns the corner with a few girls from her class when she sees him. Green eyes widen in surprise and before she can stop herself, his first name slips past her lips.
“Asahi-san?”
