CASCADE BREWHOUSE: photo one - Mushroom Risotto - Huon Valley Mushrooms, roasted vegetables and shaved Parmesan $22. Photo two - Beef and Stout Pie - Beef steak, Cascade Stout, Paris mash, mint pea purée $24. Photo three - Chilli Lime Calamari Salad - crispy fried calamari, chilli jam, lemon aioli $22 All the meals were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Very reasonable prices. Great atmosphere and was really buzzing with tons of people around. What was absolutely outstanding was the lady taking our orders. She was so polite and friendly despite a massive line of people wanting to order. It was crazy busy and yet she served every person with a smile and was so very helpful. What an asset of a staff member. Really enjoyed the Brewhouse and will return as even with it being so busy, they kept things moving really well and the service was impeccable. Well done Brewhouse.
