Case competitions are so stale and well - boring. Also, they take way too much time. Thus, I present to you Asian Jesus' new and improved competition. PEW PEW PEW (those are lasers going off and fireworks - also, final countdown is playing).
For any given case battle there will be up to, but no more than 2 people per team
There must be an even number of teams
Each team will be assigned a point of view to take on the case
There must be at least 2 points of view but no more than 4
Teams will get 3 hours to prep the case and 1 hour to practice
When team's reconvene, each team will be paired off with another team from an opposing point of view
They will stand face to face like in a rap battle
There will be a coin flip to decide who goes first
Team 1: Speaker A will get 3 minutes to present
Team 2: Speaker A will get 3 minutes to rebuttal
Team 2: Speaker B will get 3 minutes to present
Team 1: Speaker B will get 3 minutes to rebuttal
Rhyming gives you extra points but is not neccessary
Each presenter must present directly in front of their opponent in the most aggressive manner possible
Insults are allowed w/in reason
Team scores will be based on crowd reaction
Winning team moves on to the next round - the next day
