Harry watched very warily the cop from a distance. He stayed enough of a distance away so that he could keep Billy safe just in case. Yeah it was silly since the kid was indestructible like him but still… The Goodes had made trusting police officers a lot more difficult. (@ycurfriendlyneighbcrhccdmilkman) ( For Fiona!)

Fiona had been on the night shift, wanting to help people who might be struggling more do to the winter weather and pick up some extra cash in the process. Now it was time to head home, she couldn't wait to relax and see her family. It was slow going getting back into the city, but sat on her motorcycle patiently, waiting for the light to change. She look around, noticing a man in a uniform looking her way. She had trouble placing the uniform, though it did remind her of those commercials for a certain brand of washer. Perhaps he was a repair man of some sort? She though she saw a silhouette of a child as well, but the light changed before she could get a good look. She headed off, soon forgetting about her people watching.

A soft sweet giggle was heard from the shadows, “a cop working all night doing good deeds? What a man. That’s a rare find.”

Matt turned to address the voice. "I guess that's true these days... maybe it always has been." He wasn't sure what the voice wanted, sounding flirty to him. He'd shut that down if necessary, but for the moment, he enjoyed the praise.

Matt and Fiona looked with concern as Fiona asked.

"Okay, but did you take this to eat or because you liked the tattoo? Because that's a potential identifying mark... I have a lot more questions than just where you got it from."

" How was it for you when you found out you were...what do they call it...a slasher?"

"What do you mean? I knew I was undead pretty quickly, didn't find out what a slasher was until later. I figured I was just an angry spirit seeking vengeance. But when I found out there were more and especially supernatural ones, things made a little bit more sense. At the very least, I knew I wasn't a fluke. I've gotten along with some of the others, but I still have some conscience. Makes it hard when a lot of them are either nuttier than squirrel turds or sick freaks who like killing as many people as they can." He paused. "Not sure if that answered your question."

Christian, the rookie cop of NYPD, was seen typing on his computer in the corner of his cubicle during his night shift, He was also filing the arrest warrants for murderers, rapists and drugs dealers, wiping his eye with his right hand and yawns, feeling exhausted and tired and suddenly hears a noise from inside as his cop instincts kicked in, placing his hand on the gun within his holster. "Who is it?"

Standing in the shadows was a large human figure. One with a wide chest and what looked to be a policeman's cap. He stood motionless and silent, staring at the officer, unsure if he intended to shoot.

Liz raised her head from the piece she was reading in front of her on her screen, taking a sip of her coffee. Somewhat ambiguously, she nodded her head, a slightly sheepish look appearing. “Yes and no. When its hereditary, yeah, the rituals and spells are more powerful, so it kinda gives an edge, but people can learn it.”

Fiona nodded. "That makes sense. I also figured there was a faith-based aspect, pray to certain deities, that kind of thing. I haven't really followed any particular faith for a long time, but the old beliefs about magic being evil or dangerous have still made me hesitate. I know it's nothing to mess around with. I just wonder if maybe learning some more things might help me protect my family better, help in my job, just... everyday life."
