send me a ship and I’ll tell you who:
shops for groceries: Danica, but Caspian always goes with her to carry them.
kills the spiders: Neither. Oh god. He's in charge of shooing them away, but. No. Tiny friends.
comes home drunk at 3am: N...either of them. They're both sneaking out together at 3am, stone cold sober, to watch the stars.
makes breakfast: Danica. Caspian likes to help, but she takes pride and pleasure in making meals for him.
decorates the apartment: Danica, although she definitely does it with her idea of Caspian's aesthetic in mind. There are a lot of ships/ship paintings/compasses/etc.
initiates duets: Danica, and it's less 'initiating,' more 'wheedling.'
falls asleep first: Danica, usually. Caspian tends to be kept awake by his own thoughts.
shops for groceries: They do it together in genuine partnership, although there's a lot of Susan making the final cut (because no, Caspian, just because a dragon fruit looks amazing doesn't mean they need fifty).
kills the spiders: Neither. Caspian tends to ignore them and Susan tends to shoo them along.
comes home drunk at 3am: Neither of them, although if they're ever out late and tipsy he's absolutely escorting her.
makes breakfast: Caspian. Susan always does dinner, so he insisted she teach him to do breakfast. It makes him irrationally happy, and she has to admit he gets pretty good at it.
decorates the apartment: Susan, although she doesn't mind when Caspian finds a painting or a globe or an object. She's good at blending his eclectic taste into her general aesthetic.
initiates duets: Caspian, actually. He catches her humming to herself sometimes and takes up the tune, which usually makes her stop and then sing properly with him.
falls asleep first: Susan, because sleeping with him means actually sleeping.
Arthurian!Edgar/Rachel/Elliot
shops for groceries: ...if it were anyone, it would be Elliot (stopping Edgar with blunt force trauma because he's a king and he has to stop being so excited about food he used to farm).
kills the spiders: Elliot, and sometimes Edgar, because heaven forefend a lady do it.
comes home drunk at 3am: Edgar, because what is moderation. Usually one or both of the others are around to drag him to bed, though.
makes breakfast: If it were anyone, Elliot.
decorates the apartment: Rachel, because ~lady things~ but also because Edgar would just sort of put books and swords everywhere.
initiates duets: Edgar, and sometimes Rachel, because joy (and also general comfort),
falls asleep first: Edgar, because he tends not to be kept awake by things unless one of the others points out he should bed (and they try not to).
