So Lt. Scodell is supposedly a reference to Scott Lobdell who was the mind behind the Shield Super Agents, which were pretty much universally disliked... so this is very much poking fun at that...

Character on the left there is Cassandra Romulus, a character who somehow gets done more and more dirty with each and every appearance... it is actually quite amazing how poorly she is treated...

Haha just kidding, she goes right back to Strucker and it turns out all of this was just to update some files on the heroes out there, and then for the most part we won’t really speak of this character development ever again.... worthless...

Cassandra is coming around, regaining her humanity, fighting against what she has become... surely this is a good thing for her right? Well...

They are actually starting to do something interesting with Cassandra here, with her fighting against some kind of programing... so obviously that is a bad sign for things to come for her...
