Divine Holy Cross Feast (3rd of May), Monsanto Castle, in the Beira Baixa region (Portugal).
*Adufeiras are exclusively women, who play the adufe, that is, a traditional portuguese square tambourine of Moorish origin.

I bought this bottle of Brandy back in the summer of 2019 in Portugal, that goes by the name of Dom Cristina, proudly made in the Algarve, Portugal.
Its honey based and 27% Vol Alc.
We popped it yesterday night for the arrival of a cold wave above the Mediterranean.
