5 years sober❤️ wow i'm absolutely speechless of how incredibly proud i am of the gorgeous @ddlovato today, Demi got her second chance at living the beautiful journey we are all on called life. i'm incredibly proud to have an idol I grew up to that not only gave me amazing music to sing to at the top of my lungs!🙈 but a voice! demi has been my voice just through her talking to an audience before a song at a concert in a arena filled with sold out seats, demi been my voice through her music, I never will take Demi for granted because Demi has been there for me through tough times when I felt like I couldn't escape i'm so thankful for her❤️ Demi's music isn't the only thing that she should be recognized for (obviously) Demi has been on a long road to recovery she has overcome struggles with addiction, eating disorder, bipolar, and self harm. Demi is also an owner of cast centers! 👏🏻the program demi turned to for help when turning her life around, Demi is a advocate for mental health, Demi has taken two trips to Kenya, she's an official ambassador for WE DAY, she supports the LGBT community/ raises awareness for the issues of the LGBT community and she has made us all feel that we all deserve to have a second chance at life. Happy 5th birthday Demi I love you to the moon and back ❤️

This moment when she first walked on the stage. I will never forget. Heart pounding, hairs sticking up, tears of joy. Screaming at the top of my lungs like I've never done before. It was a wonderful amazing experience, I will never forget. This beautiful woman's music and story has help me get through a lot.
