I would use the skin as fish chum, the bones I would first burn to remove as much fingerprints as possible, after I would bury them at night along a badly lighten land road not a lot people visit, I would bury a dead dog a bit above it so the police will think police dogs would have made a mistake if they find the dog. Above that I would make a kind of 'memorial stone' for the dog to make it more believable..
