Details:

Look at his sad little face! The sigils on the cage are the same ones used on the cells that held Lucifer and Cas in Needham Asylum mid-S13. There's a small chain to keep him from flying off, too (not that his wings have much use past certain seasons). I also used the cage glow colors to highlight Rowena's skin and nails, and added the purple glow to her eyes which she gained after freeing herself in Various and Sundry Villains.
