Browse our selection of famous, and not so famous, used cookbooks to take home and try a new cuisine or technique between 10AM and 2PM in our Culinary Arts Department  at the DIY Build Off Expo at CATEC.  Come early while the selection is best then stay for some of our exciting DIY Culinary Workshops.  Bring your knives and scissors and have them sharpened while your at it.  Taste our special pickle recipe, learn how to emulsify your salad dressings so they don't separate and much, much more.
