he's chill, mostly, although he has no qualms against eating practically anything, including human corpses drowned in river.

he usually doesnt pay attention to humans but this particular one is just very confusing because fishing for trash instead of fish is some next level of tomfoolery.

he wears "nightcap" to cover old head injury.
