A realisation that hit me these days, after having watched all seasons of GoT last summer, and while editing my fic:

I think I accidentally wrote a (reverse) Sansa - Petyr - Catelyn parallel with Luke, Aemond and Rhaenyra.

Just think about it.

Aemond in my story wants Luke - initially - just like Petyr had wanted Catelyn for many years, (even if it was one sided). But since Luke 'died', he goes for the available option: Luke's mother, just like Petyr went for Sansa, after Catelyn's death.

Was that your standard morally right decision? No. Was it intriguing to watch on-screen? For me, 100% yes.
