seriously though im still super happy with this design bc i FINALLY figured out a way to have gray and yellow both on his fur and have it look natural and eyepleasing. it hit me like a bullet a few days ago while rewatching s15 for the 69382809823th time and nothing could stop me after that

HEYYY my tribute for 9 years of the first movie is been worked on, but i completed this a while ago and today is the 5 year anniversary of the second movie, so I decided to upload this now.

Of course, with redesigning catified Emmet, Rex had to be next too.

My version of the Undar Lucy/Role Swap AU

I swear i'm working on more things unrelated to TLM I swear lmao,,, just gimME THIS AIGHT.

I was inspired by a few other people's AUs I found on Instagram and Tumblr to create my own version of the Undar Lucy AU, which is basically an au in which Lucy is the one who falls under the dryer and goes mad instead of Emmet. I combined it with the Role Swap AU, in which Lucy and Emmet swap places and personalities. So essentially, Lucy's persona of "Wyldstyle" is equivalent to Rex in this au, and vice versa for Emmet. 

I was also inspired by the Lyrics of the songs "Rät" by Penelope Scott, and "Giver" by K.Flay which you can listen to here and here

I wanted to go ham and really let myself go with Undar Lucy, because I feel she would be WAY edgier then even her og canonical design. (Also I wanted to make it easier to tell between Undar Lucy and cannon Lucy) I also drew Rex (Emmet) in the bg because he's basically Lucy's replacement in this AU, and this is basically just a role swap version of any old angsty fanart of Rex being pissed at Lucy for betraying him.  Lucy/Wyldstyle and Emmet/Rex, don't belong to me, obviously.

Catified Fanart from my Minecraft: Story Mode au in which there are two Jesses, who basically cover different choices that happen in the game. (For example, in the first episode, Male jesse would go look for Lukas who was trapped in ivor’s basement, whilst female jesse goes and tries to convince Gabrel about the danger below)

This scene here is when the siblings separate at the end of Season 2, since Female Jesse wants to go travelling with Petra, meanwhile Male Jesse wants to stay and run the town with Lukas and Radar. So, they must say goodbye. It’s hard for them, but they know that their choices are the best options for themselves.

I’ll definitely write some more stuff on this AU, since i really like it a lot. 

As for the drawing itself; I changed up the designs for everyone except Lukas, since i still really like what i did with him. Everyone else needed a design change, especially Radar, who i hadn’t drawn in a long while. 

As for the jesses, i made it so that they shared the same patterning, but different colouring, slightly different eye colours, and a nick on the ear that would mirror the nick on the opposite ear of the other jesse.
