Today I picked up the first half of my restock of Dragon Child trade volumes. This half includes all of my paperbacks, or perfect bound titles. The second half will be the hardcovers/case bounds. Glad to have these, as I have Bakersfield Comic Con in a week.

Enjoy my cats, Howell and Sophie being cute, and I need to get back to inking. One I finish the panel I am on, I only have two more pages left to go on issue 8!

Moving

So we're moving, which means that we must endure hours of packing and back pain. Luckily for everyone involved, our new place is not far from our soon-to-be-former apartment.

Most of what must be moved is, not surprisingly, book-related. I'm happy to report that, unlike before our cross-country move of two years ago, no books were culled from our collection of lit fic (mine) and fantasy novels (the Favorite's) and old, torn-up magazines (which belong to the cats and are for lying on).

Some of us get to enjoy the benefits of having a house full of boxes...

... but also have strong opinions on the whole process.

Yes, moving is a pain, but it could be worse, I guess.
