Older cats just like older humans can go snap crack pop, they can also get stiff.
This will not stop they from playing and zoomies, but you might want to leave a heated mat on for them to relax on after all that hard work playing

Here is my old cat Izzy passed out in various positions. I love her so much. I love when she falls asleep face down. She is skinny because she is 18, she loves food. She falls asleep really fast and its funny.
She just wants love, food, and warmth.
