#Repost @saveagato with @repostapp ・・・ This is Sparrow and he was rescued a few months ago from La Perla, a very impoverished community in Old San Juan. We don't know anything from his past, just that he is a calm and loving kitty who just wants to get a chance to give someone all his love. When he was rescued we noticed that he was missing an eye and he needed to get the surgery to close the area to prevent further problems and possible infections. He doesn't even know that he's missing the eye and although we wish he didn't have to go through all this we believe it makes him look unique and cool 😉 Thanks to the fundraising from our awesome volunteer @iapodesta and the contribution from Lissette of @petsospr he was finally taken to get his eye surgery today. After the surgery he'll be in foster care with @iapodesta until he recovers and we're hoping that he'll soon find his forever home.
