(Ah, i still think fondly about how TSP had me Possessed for 2 years straight. Can’t wait till it does that to me again.)

It’s been a whirling dervish of interests lately. Honestly, like—dawg, (head in hands) sooo much good stuff has been coming out (Nine Sols, Deltarune, Off, Skong, other things i can’t remember rn) that my brain’s been struggling to latch onto any one in particular. It’s been great to engage with so many good works, but that leaves me with little focus to hunker down and draw as much as I’d *like* to. 

In turn, I’ve been thinking about my OCs a lot. I figured out some major plot points and character motivations for Warden’s Ward, and that was very rewarding. Plus Maddie and Warren are just very wonderful Tuoys for me. :3

Now, the thing that’s gotten an absolute Gorilla Grip stranglehold on my brain is a new story for a repurposed OC. It started as a throwaway thing but I’m Enraptured. Just absolutely drawing and writing my little heart out for this thing. However, I’m still warming up to sharing it full-force cuz there’s Themes and Elements I feel protective of. Idk, maybe I’ll change my tune on that at some point?? It depends.

i'm just scratching the surface compared to other players ( my dedicated friends especially ) but i've got a cute handful of miis on my island so far! about what you'd expect given my interests

look at them,,, the cutes residents of Superfuck Island so far, i've got pokotho, godseeker, & i on there -- AS WELL AS SHUU but i couldn't get a good picture of him

& my beautiful friends have added me to their games as well, as well as mutual faves, so i'm absolutely living the dream & having all the boyfriends ever... caramelmacchiato & twinkularvoice nations are THRIVING

UPDATE!

Thanks to the overflow of support, we were able to bring Nyx in to the vet today for her blood work and testing. The original consensus has been full on liver failure. But in the time since bringing her in for initial checkup, she's been doing better. Eating more, drinking, all of that.

So we weren't sure what to expect bringing her in today.

The results were so much more wonderful than I could possibly imagine. She was experiencing severe liver inflammation due to an infection... Something that is treatable.

So honestly. Thank everyone so much. From the bottom of my heart. Every signal boost or anything means the world to me and my partner.

As it stands right now, we have been given meds, she was given antibiotics and so long as we can keep her eating drinking and ect thru this next week.. she is in the clear.

Seriously. Thank you all so much, I couldn't possibly have made it thru this without all of the support from my friends and online communities. Stay wonderful!

Original post: Hi uhhh so I'm in a bit of a spot regarding my emotional support kitty and I'm not sure where else to turn besides the Internet...

If there is anything you can donate, please. Nyx is my whole world, my emotional support kitty and she's so important to me... I'm honestly terrified of losing her. Especially right now.

Even just sharing this means a lot to me.

For some context, I lost my father just a few months ago very suddenly. Nyx has been a huge part of my emotional support for some time now and has been a huge help when it comes to my mental health and coping with loss. She's the most sweet little baby.

We found out she has liver disease and will not make it long without treatment.

I'm really not sure what else I can do at the moment, but I'm trying my absolute best not to lose her.

well, truth be told, thierry's not much of a flowers or plants guy; it's just not his forte or in his mind very much, however...

I think he'd be fond of THESE ~ !!!

though, he does come to appreciate roses much more with time... & funnily enough, only the latter ever end up blooming in the memory zone...

I fell out of love with crk for the gambling, meta focused gameplay, introducing so many new characters just to not use them again when they'd be perfectly relevant.

i can't wait to be a future fake fan because i played the ORIGINAL, baseline cookie run god knows how long ago, & had my mind so numbed by the gameplay that i figured the other, technical spinoffs, would be about the same or otherwise unplayable without getting though the first

well. assumedly not but i've yet to, & likely won't, actually play CRK or any of the games going forward simply BECAUSE of the gacha mechanics, my inability to keep UP with gacha games ( i picked up umamusume for all of one day & forgot to keep up, my horses are DEAD bro ), & the LOOMING amount of everything i assume i would have to do in order to catch up.

luckily, i have friends ( especially my sibling ) to play or keep up with updates FOR me, who have dripfed me nothing but yuri & ancients events, thus my current favorites come with a heavy bias

What does Theirry think of. Well to put it simply himself? Does he like himself? Hate himself I'm curious.

OOHHHH.... oh that's a JUICY one...

thierry's... i'm not sure? average? constantly teetering?

because-- as we know, at least from what TSP gives us, the narrator has his very obvious ups & downs; having confidence & some amount of pride in himself, seeking to blame others for everything wrong in his life, & taking things like critique or what he assumes to be a negative response out of stanley very hard & personally, & then spiraling & switching to beating himself up not long after.

thus thierry's got that PLUS the constantly contradictory personality that-- funnily, almost seems to wager depending on what happens to him, the narrative, doesn't it? it's almost as though when you change & dictate the story, you change & dictate the narrative too, almost as though he's subject to his own whims or a " higher up's ".... hmmm....

guys i might be really smart. anyways

beyond what can be deduced from just what canon has given us, thierry ALSO has his past background & his interests; which consist of-

that ex-wife that gets mentioned here & there, which first & foremost makes him bitter & claim that the relationship crumbled because of HER when actually that was a bruise to his ego & he wonders what was so wrong with him that things didn't work out ( bear in mind that was his first intimate relationship + he's a natural douche )

doesn't have a lot of friends that aren't rosemary or self-appointed-not-actually-reciprocated canonically which. sucks a little,

as well as;

the " darker " / sadistic fascinations he has which has directly affected his current livelihood, which he straight up does hate himself for if he's not indulging it ( stop watching liveleak you old fuck you are CHRONICALLY ONLINE )

which... leave him with a bitter taste in his mouth about himself when he thinks about it, but continue to aid in the pong tournament that are his feelings.

does he hate himself? he hates... aspects of himself. that often dominate an overall opinion of himself if he dwells on them for long enough, but he's never been able to reach the point of " pure hatred " just yet. he's just very aware he's not anywhere near the best he could be.

but i think it is worth noting that even asking him HIMSELF what he thinks of himself, even if he's at a middle ground in the current mood, it might veer in a not so happy direction if you let him ruminate for long enough.

so... ehh? depends.

& yet. i think he'd like to be someone else. someone better. but he won't be.
