Oh there is so magic in the air today. The landscape is like a scene from Frozen. Everything is covered in freezing drizzle, and the snow that lands on top just sticks to it causing this amazing effect. Took the practice outside and posed everywhere, lol Magic was in the air no doubt because I was able to flip my grip without a strap, and it felt amazing! Wooo! Loving this Floating Pigeon! My lower back enjoyed this mini bend very much. Can't wait to see what progress I make in wheel pose. Backbends are not my friend at the moment, and I would like to change that stat! Scenes from my class flow... 2 variations on a classical sun salutation with half split, twisted half split, floating pigeon (getting in #catswheelseries here) and a quad stretch plus a mini yoga flow incorporating Warrior I (virabhadrasana I), Pyramid (parsvottanasana), Twisted Triangle (parivrtta trikonasana), standing split (hanamunasana), padangusthasana, padma hastasana and chaturanga push ups.
