But studies have proven that owning your own space makes you care for it more. And quite frankly, most homeless folx are getting SSDI or some such. They just can’t afford housing costs. They expect you to have three months rent in the bank. And when you’re living paycheck to paycheck… that just doesn’t happen. Especially when an emergency occurs. $600 because your car broke down? Oh sweetie. If you’re only getting $925 a month, which is what I get, that means no food, no gas, no electricity, no nothing. So make the tiny houses rent to own. Why not? Just think about it.
