My mom’s reaction to us voting today

Let’s get ready to caucuuuuuuuuuuuuus!
WHO’S READY TO STAND AROUND IN A ROOM AND TALK ABOUT POLITICS? You? Goody! It’s time to get ready to caucus.
In Washington State, democrats choose their favorite Presidential candidate through caucusing, while Republicans vote the old-fashioned way and it all happens pretty late in the game because reasons.
We’re not going to tell you who to vote for—at least night right now—but whether you’re With Her or Feeling the Bern, we highly encourage you to get shake a tail feather and get down to your caucusing location on Saturday.
Here’s where you can find some key information about caucusing:
The fuck happens at a caucus?
Where do I caucus?
Is my voter reg up to date? Am I even registered?
If you have any other questions, you can check with the WA Dems, who have lot of info. And really, the best thing to do is just show up and then follow what the nice, trained people from your LD tell you to do.
There are a total of 101 delegates at stake in Washington, and you’d be remiss to miss the chance to allocate them with your very own voice. Sure, it’s old-timey as fuck and also kind of classist since usually only 9-to-5ers can spend several hours on a Saturday standing around in a room to cast a vote, but it’s how we do it and if you are a person who is eligible, you should.
