Anyways another thing that annoys me about the Miss Peregrine's books👀

WHY is everyone in the book calling Myron "Bentham"?? I mean yes it is his last name but it's also Cauls last name and technically also Miss Peregrine's last name so whyyyy?? He has a NAME so call him BY HIS NAME.
Idk but it freaks me out. (I'm not complaining about Mr. Bentham tho because that is okay....but why call him just by his last name??)
And sometimes when you talk to people who have read the books they are like "Who's Myron?" Because everyone in the book just calls him Bentham. Ughh💀
Okay so there's something about the Bentham siblings that really confuses me:
As you can see below I marked the age of them according to Peculiar Wiki but
I remember that a fan alias @scribellion (thank you Finn 😄) once asked Ransom Riggs who the oldest of the siblings is and he answered it's "Myron, then Caul and Miss Peregrine is the youngest" ...
Soooo that Wikipedia thing doesn't make sense?? .-.
