because it's benefiting the lower class for doing no work at all while the middle class works their butts off and still doesn't get any benefits, making things that were cheaper before more expensive now.

shockingly, most people who need help paying for health care are people who work but can’t get insurance from their employer???? I work full time but my employer doesnt employ enough people in my state to provide actual insurance to us.

Caulliflower casserole is like making a sophomore album..

I stumbled across a recipe for Cailiflower casserole, and decided it was going to be delcious because I had all of the ingredients at home (or most of them). I had so much fun going out of my comfort zone to cook again. 

Basically, if you like Lays potato chips with sour cream and onion dip, you would LOVE this recipe. Because that’s exactly what it tasted like. 

Even though I loved the first round of trying this...I had a couple changes in mind for round 2. That’s what making this next album is for me. Taylor Crawford is always going to be Taylor Crawford, but a new and improved version of herself every time. 

So that’s what I’ve been currently working on, tweaking my recipe for round 2. My debut EP “California” was delicious, but I intend on the next batch tasting even better. 

Caulliflower Casserole What You Will Need

1. 1 Caulliflower Head

2. 1 onion

3. Sour Cream

4. Parmesean Cheese

5. Cheddar Cheese

6. Salt & Pepper 

7. Half a bag of Bbq kettle chips 

8. Green onions

Chop, boil, & steam caulliflower head for about 7 minutes. Throw it in a big bowl with 1 sliced onion, About 5-6 scoops of sour cream, Parmesean & Cheddar Cheese, Salt & Pepper, all to taste. You mix it all up in the bowl, and lay it in a your dish. I crunched up half a bag of bbq chips to layer it on top. Pop it in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with green onions, and devour!

***Please note that this is my round 2 recipe! The recipe before had heavy whipping cream, and it made it a little bit watery. I also only had 1/4 of a bag left of bbq chips, and would have preffered to use more for that crunchy feel!
