WOAH OK THEN!
1. Who was the last person you held hands with?
I believe it was boy I’m not going to talk about because that would make me sad.
2. Are you outgoing or shy?
Shy, for the most part. Although I know how to talk to strangers and can if I need to. Like today, I had to go to a convention in Javits Center (so you realize how big this show was) and go on the floor and interview exhibitors. It was hard, but once I got into it, I easily made conversation with them.
3. Who are you looking forward to seeing?
Ummm…I’m seeing cubanprincesa on Friday, probably, and she’s one of my irl best friends. And my best friend Prianka, or causewhenyousmileforme (tumblr pretty much unused but w/e), because she’s currently not in the same country as me and I need to see her.
4. Are you easy to get along with?
The more you hang out with me, the less likely it is. I like to think I’m pretty agreeable when you first meet me. But then I start displaying *opinions* and showing my worse sides, and people may not like that. Also, I tend to make fun of my friends a lot. I mean it jokingly, but sometimes I do it too soon into the friendship and they get offended, or I make the wrong joke and say something stupid and shitty.
5. If you were drunk would the person you like take care of you?
Jeremy Renner? I hope so. Deepika Padukone? She seems like the wonderful kind of person who would. Boy I’m not going to talk about because it would make me sad? Well he has, sort of. The good part is, I don’t get drunk easily and I don’t drink a lot. I prefer to take care of people than have them take care of me.
6. What kind of people are you attracted to?
Hot people. Beauty is skin-deep, bitchez. Actually it really depends. But usually, the more time I spend with you, the more attracted I am to you, whether that’s me staring at your pictures and gifs, or actual hanging out. Also Gunnarolla kind of people. He’s awesome.
7. Do you think you’ll be in a relationship two months from now?
*sings* THE BEST KIND OF RELATIONSHIP IS FRIENDSHIP SO YES. (but romantically? Probably not.)
8. Who from the opposite gender is on your mind?
Mostly Gunnarolla right now because I’m listening to his music. Also Jeremy Renner. And Ranveer Singh. And Shah Rukh Khan. But SRK is pretty much constant for me.
9. Does talking about sex make you uncomfortable?
Not with people I know really well. And not online, because you truly are freer. And what made me more comfortable was people like tumblingdoe and lacigreen, so that’s pretty awesome.
10. Who was the last person you had a deep conversation with?
Monica.
11. What does the most recent text that you sent say?
OMG I love that we share fandoms (to Monica)
12. What are your 5 favorite songs right now?
White Nights by Oh Land, Avocado by Gunnarolla ft. Meher, Broken Bottles Form A Star by Snow Patrol, Uncharted by Sarah Bareilles, and $$ by Watsky
13. Do you like it when people play with your hair?
Only if they’re braiding it. Or doing something interesting with it. And ask me first.
14. Do you believe in luck and miracles?
I swear to god that stupid song “I believe in miracles” got stuck in my head because of this ask.
But for this, I’ll quote Ralph Waldo Emerson, “Shallow men believe in luck. Strong men believe in cause and effect.”
I like to think I’m one of the strong ones. Also because of my religion, which y’know tells you that you create karma throughout all your lifetimes, which is what causes what happens in the future to happen. #jainism
15. What good thing happened this summer?
Where should I start?! I went to Los Angeles and Las Vegas for my uncle’s wedding and a trade show and a vacation. Then I got an internship with a magazine. Then I went to Cancun with my friends, reuniting with them after being away in London for almost a year. Then I started my internship and found out that my boss is amazing and kind. And then I could call myself an official published writer (the only dream I’ve really had since I was little, although I still have yet to publish a novel) because of the multiple articles she let me write. And then just today I got to go to my first big convention by myself and talk to people and interview them and do well. Also, within all of that, both sets of my grandparents came to America and are staying with us, and while it sucks that it’s hard to understand them sometimes (I hate language barriers), I love that they’re here, and I love them. I never get to spend enough time with them, so having them here is amazing.
