Listen I cannot judge because there are SO MANY darklina fics that aren't my vibe at all, but they're long and plotty and get lots of kudos so clearly it's many people's thing? do you have houseplants and how are you at keeping them alive?

My housemate has houseplants and I have no role in their death. I used to have OK luck with the aerogarden.

what's your favourite kitchen appliance?

Oof... All of them? I love my stand mixer. I miss my old breadmaker. They seem like such a silly, bulky single use item but like putting in 5 minutes effort and getting homemade bread is really magical and kind of hypnotic to watch.

What’s your personal favourite thing you wrote this year?

It's a tough choice, but I think I have to go with not lost in the giving. I joined the war on casual sex on the side of casual sex, and wrote something with heart about it. And I'm proud of my Feng Xin voice and the "Hi?" "Hi." conversation.

5. Which of your fics do you wish was more successful?

I realise that part of the problem is that I gave base desires, a gen Kabru&Mithrun fic about being bad at wanting things, a bad title. But I am bigging my eyes at the DunMeshi fandom. You want to read this hypothermia and philosophy fic so baaaaad~

4. Do they look good in red?

depends on the hue, i think. brighter reds would look ridiculous on them - they're very pale, sure, but they have teal hair and pink eyes and i just don't think bright red would look good with that combination. would it stop them from wearing it? no. darker reds, on the other hand, probably look fine. probably.

heheh. frost would give a speech, after much deliberation. it won't be off the cuff, they've been gathering their thoughts for a long time, but they'll make a speech about family, and what that means to them. they didn't appreciate their family the first time around... and now they're trying to make up for it.
