So I had an appointment today (or yesterday since it’s now 1:19 am EST) at a mobile dental place to get just a general check up and cleaning. It’s been about 30 years since I’ve had a cleaning and I was like well a coworker of my moms made the appointment so what the hell I’ll do it. Free dental? Sold.

So I go and get the xrays and consult with the dentist and he finds a shit ton of cavities. So instead of my initial cleaning that I was going on for, I ended up getting 4 fillings done. Still have a few more cavities to tackle as well as the cleaning.

This free dental place was amazing. A full X-ray and four fillings, all for free. For someone who doesn’t have dental insurance, let alone a job, this was amazing!

My mouth is still sore but I’m glad I can feel my lips again.

EDIT: It’s just because my mouth was frozen to get cavities filled. I am not having a stroke! (But thank you for your concern!)

Today I had a filling in a cavity below the gumline, which means that now the feeling is coming back, the gum is rather sore.
