Since a lot of political dipshits are pushing to end Section 230 including fucking Joseph Gordon-Levitt*, I think it's worth noting something that's underspoken of.

While people cite the liability limitation under 230 as a "giveaway 'to big tech, the actual issue is that they would get turbofucked by SLAPP suits if they tried any sort of moderation without it, and the only way around it (if you aren't rich enough to afford an army of lawyers) would be no moderation at all.

Which I note, given his role in enshittifying 4chan to be Like That, would be remaking the net in Epstein's image. And I feel like that's probably the thing we should be pointing out to show the stakes.

This poster BTW is one I put out under a CC0 license, credit would be nice, but I think it's more important to put the word out.

*Who I think can go FUCK himself, I know so many trans people in abusive households who only got out due to the net, if 230 dies the next generation won't get that chance and the blood will be on his fucking hands.

Fun fact: Apparently no one had gotten around to using the Gilbert Baker Memorial's pantone conversions to make a color accurate vector file of the original 8 stripe flag and release it into the public domain yet, so wikipedia doesn't have a good vector.

So I made one.
