I saw an interview yesterday of Darren and an Australian morning show. It was lovely. He spoke about his daughter and his music. At one point he mentioned that some members of StarKid would be performing as well. I thought about the nasty (always nasty) remarks the tin hats made about them for performing with him in LA and Mexico.

I’ve never understood the hate but I’ve chalked it up to them believing he’s too good for his college friends - that and the fact they were at his wedding. But it has occurred to me that the hate has more to it than that. They cannot accept that he is loyal. Loyal to friends and colleagues, loyal to his loved ones, loyal to his fans. You see, if he is so strongly loyal then how can they explain his treatment of “the love of his life” Chris Colfer? How can he be loyal, and loving, when he has hidden this relationship for more than a decade. Truly, at this point in time, 13 years after they met, why wouldn’t he just say that he’s realized he is in love with Chris and finally come out into the open? Why is he so fiercely loyal to everyone but Chris? There are two possible answers: 1) he cares more for the money and his career than he does for Chris, or 2) the Criss/Colfer relationship does not exist.

Darren loves Mia-random proof

Since the cc twits believe their nonsense is both significant and proof that Chris and Darren are still going strong and they ignore all the easily obtained proof that dispels their illogical believes, I’m spamming them. I know the biggest problem is they listen with their eyes ie they take videos and chop them up to get what they want, slow them down to distort them and they refuse to accept anything Chris or Darren say at face value-it takes a lot of time and energy to write of everything Darren and Chris say but never fear-they are always up to the task. It’s disrespectful and disturbing but they don’t care. They are special people and they need to keep fighting if they want to win.

So your relationship goals is not even being photographed with your “partner”?

I mean, what is the comparison here? That there happens to be a metal cylinder in each image, albeit going in a different direction? That both of them are wearing black (which obviously cannot be a coincidence, because nobody wears black, right?)

Dear Cassie,

Did you even bother to read “Things I would tell myself if I could”? Where should I start? “Be gentle with your words because hearts are fragile”. Cass has more than once called someone she doesn’t like the C word (I won’t use it under any circumstances). She’s accused Mia-a woman she has never met, spoken to, or has any actual knowledge about-of being a drunkard, lazy, holding Darren hostage by forcing him to marry her and acknowledge as having birthed his daughter among other slander. She’s accused Ricky, Ashley and the rest of his team of pushing a “fake” marriage as well as actively sabotaging his career ( with never a reason why anyone would kill their cash cow). She’s accused Darren’s friends from college of being paid off to support his straight life. She and the rest of the coven have accused multiple members of the LGBTQ community of abetting the forced slavery of poor, helpless Darren: such people as Jane Lynch, Rufus Wainwright, Ricky Martin, Ryan Murphy and Kevin McHale among others. Lots and lots of nasty, baseless words meant only to hurt. “It’s hard to move forward when you refuse to let go”. Cassie, Abby, Rouged, Flowers, and the rest are cemented into 2010-2011. These adult women are trapped in an alternate universe where Glee is a biography rather than a TV show. They, unlike the show’s cast, cannot move in. “Your first reaction to a difficult situation is usually not the wisest, pausing to think before acting is empowering”. Uhm, who is going to tell her and the others that this is correct and they should think about what they are posting before they hit that button. The exception here is Abby; she takes time to twist fancy pretzels to explain to herself why Darren acts like a straight, married, new father. She is unable to see reality in any form. “Giving others kindness will be soothing to your mind and to your future”. With their constant venom spitting you have to wonder what these harridans are like in their lives. Toxic people would be hard for most of us to be around in a regular basis. “And most importantly, pain doesn’t last forever”. Cassie and her ilk aren’t the only fans who believed the fantasy. Most others have moved on. It hurts to surrender a falsehood she and the rest have invested so much time and negativity in but after a time they could move on and perhaps lead a kinder, gentler, wiser and better life

I’m up extra early, getting ready for work, so I took a few minutes to find the lyrics to Welcome Home. It was written by Harold Rome (1908-1993) for the 1954 musical Fanny. In 1997 42nd Street Moon presented a concert version of this “lost musical”. The child of Fanny was played by Darren Criss. So that song has been noodling around in his head since he was 10. And although it is not a Christmas song-like Jingle Bells- it feels so appropriate to the season.

After saying goodbye to Darren just yesterday Abby is up bright and early with a delusional scree not unlike what she posted after the wedding. Rather than realizing that what they have been claiming about CC is false, they (Abby, flowers, Cassie, going strong, and bashful smiles among others) have declared that Darren and Chris have wounded them by having real lives. The “proof” that the fanatical five have presented over the years is like trump’s big lie: it is true because they say it is true, no matter what we see with our own eyes. Abby-a lawyer-posted often that Darren was trapped in an eternal contract. When a fan pointed out that in California an entertainment contract is only good for 7 years, the tactic was changed to multiple contracts exacted by a vague threat to the men if they didn’t sign. The “ladies” have spoken of a Power of Attorney that Ricky Rollins has. Even though a 2 minute search of the internet will reveal that in California all you need do is write a letter to the court rescinding a POA, unless you are declared incompetent by said court. The five have claimed that Mia has photoshopped various photos of her spouse and herself. Photos to make him look shorter or taller, a photo that distorts one of Mia’s legs(?), and most recently, a picture in which Darren’s nostril is changed. “Nosegate” is particularly odd. Does anyone with functioning brain cells believe this could harm Darren’s career? That Scorsese, Scott, Nolan, Spielberg or Tarantino have refused him rolls because of a nares discrepancy? Really? There’s also the Chris has said that Will needs protecting and thus he must never be seen in a photo or in public again topic. I won’t even dignify this moronic rant. And now Abby and her cohorts are presenting themselves as martyrs, that the most loyal, loving (??!) fans are leaving. You might wonder why they do what they do. This article quoting former Yale University Psychiatrist Dr. Bandy Lee might give some insight:

The real truth is that the CCers are fronted by people who are deliberately lying, are mentally damaged, or some combination of both. The reason that we call out these folk is that they, at the minimum spread lies and hate and by encouraging this might lead an even more damaged soul to do something more dangerous.

Part 2

Abby in particular has been a main purveyor of the big lie. She’s a lawyer but never pointed out that a Hollywood contract can’t be for more than 7 years. She, and other sisters, have claimed that Darren’s team can sign contracts because they have his Power of Attorney, even though, in California, you can rescind a POA just by writing a letter to a judge. Unless you are in a conservator situation that is all you need. They “know” that Darren doesn’t live in the house he shares with his wife. No proof, just their say so. It has to be so to continue the farce that the CCers have promoted for years. Abby used to post pics of alcoholic drinks she enjoyed while at home or out and the other “ladies” have done the same, yet if a photo shows Mia with a drink then it proves she is a sot. Why? Why is it ok for the mean girls to drink but not Mia? But you must believe it because they tell you. These grown women spend hours scouring through Chris’ books, which are written for children and adolescents, looking for proof of the undying love between two grown ass men. They look for signals - like semaphores - that these grown ass men are sending out because they are smart enough to send secret messages but too dumb to not continuously keep signing contracts to perpetually be kept apart. Again I will ask you what kind of true love is that? Why in the world would you stay in a relationship of 11 years with a partner like Darren? You can never be seen anywhere together. No romantic dinners out, no fun trips to Disneyland, no exotic trips to Cannes, or to Italy, to London or to Japan. No going to shows, movies or concerts unless one of you is content to hang from the rafters like a huge bat. No time with your significant other while he hobnobs with Ricky Martin, Anna Wintour, Alan Cuming, and so many others. What the hell kind of life is that? What type of sadist does this to his life partner? What type of masochist puts up with this? More importantly, why would you believe such tripe? I know the mean girls just hate it when they are compared to trump but the continuing tale, the big lie that they have been spewing for years without any tangible evidence is too close to the orange gasbag’s. They are just a group of mean, nasty women who revel in the power they feel by dictating the life and choices of two men that they Do. Not. Know.
