Notes for my Omegaverse AU, and it has a new name: Engineered Instincts.
Just a heads up. I'm not actively online on Tumblr right now, but I wanted to drop this out of my queue. I will talk to you all soon.
Queue Post: A quick note on how and why this FWC Omegaverse differs from standard tropes:
Not a "Wolf-Pack" Trope, but a Parasitic Infection: In standard Omegaverse writing, the Alpha/Beta/Omega hierarchy is typically treated as a natural, fluffy, or idealized biological order. In this universe, it is the exact opposite. The biological caste system is a literal weapon of cosmic horror: a localized environmental pathogen and genetic mutation forced upon Gaia’s Lifestream when Jenova crash-landed 2,000 years ago.
Pheromones as Localized Pathogens: Instead of pheromones being simple romantic or mating signals, they function like sensory toxins. An unadulterated Apex scent completely strips away the warmth of living matter, inducing immediate, paralyzing dread, nausea, and neuromuscular suppression in lesser castes.
The Scentless Vessel & Project Nexus: While traditional tropes rely on instant, destined chemical attraction, Bianca’s role is a product of clinical, corporate horror. Originating from the Abyss, she naturally possessed absolutely no secondary dynamic or scent signature. Hojo deliberately engineered her through Project Nexus, using invasive S-cell infusions to strip her of her pristine celestial nature and manufacture a permanent, synthetic biological lock tailored specifically to anchor Sephiroth's mutated instincts.
The Biological Trap of Nesting: Standard nesting is often portrayed as a cozy, comforting domestic habit. Here, nesting is re-contextualized as a primitive, compulsive neuro-behavioral mandate driven by acute trauma or hyper-vigilance. Without a dominant partner’s scent to anchor it, an isolated Omega’s own distress pheromones saturate the space, turning the sanctuary into a terrifying psychological feedback loop known as "Nest-Rot".
The Subversion of the Soulmate Paradigm: In traditional stories, the biological bond is the soul-bond. In this mythos, the biological hierarchy is an artificial, corrupt genetic cage introduced by an alien entity. The true, sacred soul-bond / twin flame dynamics is the Filum Aeternum (the Red String of Fate): a divine, ethereal link that transcends Jenova's taint and exists as a separate spiritual reality completely independent of base physical biology and is only seen in Bianca and Sephiroth.
Possible Trigger Warnings: Abduction, body horror, chemical dependency, cosmic horror, dark romance, dubious consent, gaslighting, manipulation, non-consensual biological alteration, psychological horror, stalking, trauma-induced dissociation.
The Spiritual vs. The Biological: The Filum Aeternum represents a pure, sacred, and egalitarian connection created when the Creator split Sephiroth and Bianca's single soul at Creation. Conversely, the Alpha/Beta/Omega dynamics in this world are not a natural order. They are an invasive, predatory biological framework engineered by Jenova’s cosmic infection to twist Gaian biology into a weapon of conquest.
The Psychological Paradox: Keeping the romance alive post-madness while charting Bianca’s eventual descent into Sephiroth's cosmic delusion creates a harrowing dark romance. It shifts the narrative from a simple survival story to a psychological countdown where her human socialization and defensive instincts are continuously eroded by absolute biological gravity.
Why This Echoes the 1990s Film Species
This AU heavily mirrors the central thematic horror of the 1990s sci-fi film Species (which centers on Sil, an engineered alien-human hybrid driven by an absolute, single-minded biological directive to find a compatible mate and propagate her lethal species).
The structural and thematic overlaps include:
The Single-Minded Propagation Directive:
In Species, Sil is not malicious in a conventional human sense. She is completely ruled by a predatory cellular drive to reproduce. In my AU, Sephiroth’s descent into madness mutates his biology from a standard Alpha into a Solitary Apex—a world-consuming Alpha-Omega predator. His desire for Bianca post-breakdown is not born out of human sentimentality but a terrifying, ancient alien mandate. Because Hojo engineered Bianca (Project Nexus and labeled her Subject N) using S-cells specifically to serve as a permanent biological lock for Sephiroth’s mutated instincts, Sephiroth views her not as an external person to court, but as an essential, missing piece of his own biological machinery. He feels entitled to her because her entire celestial anatomy was forcefully re-engineered to be the definitive vessel for his cosmic lineage
The Inescapable Biological Gravity
Sil from Species possesses pheromonal triggers that instantly manipulate, attract, or paralyze targets. Similarly, my world treats pheromones as localized sensory pathogens. When Sephiroth enters his mutated state, his scent—infusing the winter-frost with the terrifying chill of the cosmic void—exerts an absolute, inescapable biological gravity.
When Sephiroth invades Bianca's nest post-madness, it triggers a profound psychological horror directly reminiscent of Species. While her conscious, rational mind screams in terror at the arrival of an apex predator, her chemically overridden body instantly halts its defensive panic because his overwhelming Solitary Apex scent convinces her primal instincts that the ultimate protector has claimed the space.
The Corruption of Divine / Primal Innocence
Just as Species deals with human labs tampering with alien DNA to create a monster disguised as a beautiful woman, Hojo tampered with Bianca’s pristine, foreign celestial anatomy. He used invasive S-cell infusions to degrade her celestial purity into Exocrine Scent-Slick (ESS) and chemical vulnerability, making her the perfect vector to anchor Sephiroth and eventually act as an Patient Zero (spreading Jenova's pathogen to both Heaven and Hell.
Timeline Note: These notes map out specific milestones from Crisis Core through the Remake era. While the events of Before Crisis and Ever Crisis do still occur within this AU's history, they are omitted here for the sake of tracking this specific narrative thread.
The Crisis Core to Remake Timeline Notes
The Pre-Fall Training: Before Genesis defected and Sephiroth fell into the Lifestream, Sephiroth provided Bianca with basic tactical and defensive conditioning, capitalizing on her innate magic.
The Slum Anomaly: Following the Nibelheim Incident, Shinra PR maintained a public narrative that Sephiroth's high-society Omega housewife was safely accounted for or mourning. In reality, Bianca used her nightmare, shadow, and illusion magic to mask her unique starlight-and-ozone scent profile, blending seamlessly into the volatile, Mako-choked underbelly of the Midgar Slums to evade the Turks.
Joining AVALANCHE: Seeking protection and driven to oppose the corporate destruction of the Planet, Bianca aligns with AVALANCHE. Her ability to cast defensive barriers and her residual military training make her an asset, while her hidden status as Hojo's "Subject N" remains a ticking biological time bomb.
The Dubcon Nest Intrusion: Placing the dubious-consent encounter towards the end of the Remake (the game and not the trilogy) timeline matches the escalating, claustrophobic dread of Midgar.
Dropping of the Plate: The chaos of the Plate's collapse floods the Slums with raw, unshielded Mako emissions, triggering sudden "hormonal weather storms" and intense cyclic crises across the populace. Driven by the environmental static and the proximity of Jenova's biomass, Sephiroth's manifested form hunts her down, violently overriding her sanctuary. She will reunite with Cloud and his party after this, but still not tell them about what really happen. They think it was a random Alpha and not Sephiroth.
The Shinra Building Abduction: When the party infiltrates Sector 0, the proximity to Jenova's headless torso acts as a massive biological radio tower, hyper-activating the A/B/O pathogen. Sephiroth utilizes Jenova’s physical form to assassinate President Shinra, torment Cloud with ancestral memories, and abduct Bianca right out from under the party's nose.
By having Sephiroth tear her away immediately before the Jenova Dreamweaver encounter, I establish a narrative parallel: the party is left to fight a manifestation of illusions and hallucinations, while Bianca is dragged away into a very real, biological awakening before the highway and 'the world beyond' (Singularity) through the portal that Sephiroth created. Still have to figure out where Bia is during this part.
The Psychology of the Post-Madness Dark Romance
To preserve the romance post-madness without diminishing the cosmic horror, the relationship must evolve into a mutually shared delusion. Bianca’s eventual submission should not be a flat, passive defeat, but a terrifying evolution of the Filum Aeternum.
The Shared Mindscape: Because the Red String of Fate permits telepathic communication and direct memory access, Sephiroth's fall into the Lifestream did not sever their link; FWC canon states that the red thread between them cannot be severed, unless by Sephiroth-Prime (The Main FWC Seph). The bond flooded Bianca's psyche with the staggering scale of his cosmic revelations. Post-madness, she isn't just hearing a madman. As Sephiroth's mind fractures under the parasitic weight of Jenova's pulse, he uses their soul-bond to peer into her memories. He is looking at Bianca's history of Heaven (Caelora) and her father Asmodeus's domain in Hell (Umbralyth), mapping his own world-consuming god-complex onto the divine and demonic realms she used to belong to.
The Incurable Scent-Starvation: Separated from him, Bianca's endocrine system naturally defaults to Nest-Rot, where her own exocrine glands saturate her environment with an acrid, agonizing feedback loop of concentrated chemical terror. Her eventual choice to join him becomes a desperate search for equilibrium. She surrenders to his madness because his dominant, freezing Apex scent is the only force capable of silencing the agonizing static in her own S-cell-infused blood.
The Devastation of Hell: When she finally succumbs and stands by his side, her transformation into a patient zero recontextualizes the romance on a cosmic scale. Their union ceases to be a localized corporate crisis for Shinra and transforms into an apocalyptic threat, as her retroactively leaking Jenovan-celestial essence begins mapping Jenova's punishing biological hierarchy directly onto the demonic legions of the Abyss, breaking the sovereignty of Asmodeus entirely.
Fantasy Worlds Taglist: (+ / -) please let me know if you would like to be added or removed from the list by a DM or an ask.
So, with that height headcanon out of the way, I tend to view Bianca as around 4'8" during the Rhadore campaign. I think setting her(12) at 4'8" and him(14) at 5'2" feels almost normal for two kids. He isn't too much taller than her here. Not really back yet to fully posting yet. Still taking things one day at a time.
In standard human biology, girls enter and complete their growth spurts significantly earlier than boys. A typical human girl reaches approximately 93% to 95% of her adult height by age 12, with skeletal growth slowing drastically after the onset of menarche and concluding around ages 14 to 15. Boys, conversely, experience a delayed onset, typically beginning their primary growth acceleration between ages 12 and 15, and continuing until age 18 to 21.
Bianca’s Growth Trajectory
Because Bianca’s human vessel follows standard female physiological milestones, her growth curve is front-loaded:
Age 12: 4'8" (142 cm) — She has reached roughly 93.3% of her final height. She is petite, but structurally proportional for a pre-adolescent girl.
Age 14: 4'11" (150 cm) — Her skeletal growth slows down significantly as her human plates begin to fuse.
Age 18 to 23: 5'0" (152 cm) — Her final adult height. Her growth halts entirely, leaving her exceptionally compact compared to the standard military baseline of the SOLDIER program. Just imagine a 5 foot SOLDIER. It is hilarious.
Sephiroth’s Growth Trajectory
Sephiroth’s development is radically altered by the presence of localized Jenova cells, which dictate a prolonged, highly aggressive masculine growth phase that far outstrips normal human limitations:
Age 14: 5'2" (157 cm) — He is slender, slight, and only moderately taller than Bianca. His frame is still narrow, lacking the massive shoulder width he develops later.
Age 16 (The Post-Rhadore Surge): 5'10" (178 cm) — His secondary growth spurt triggers an intense elongation of the femur and spinal column.
Age 20: 6'4" (193 cm) — with a towering presence, though his frame continues to pack on dense muscular mass.
Adult (Remake/Vanguard Era): 6'7" (200 cm) — His final height, creating a permanent 19-inch (48 cm) height differential between himself and Bianca.
Possible Trigger Warnings: Body horror, chronic pain, medical trauma, physical abuse, self-harm (implied/medical context)
Because of their profound soul-bond and shared childhood trauma, Sephiroth’s massive physical frame never acts as an imposing or intimidating force against Bianca. Instead, his 6'7" stature functions as a highly specialized, tactical shield designed to accommodate her permanent physical vulnerabilities.
Because Bianca's humerus bones were permanently shattered by Hojo at age four, her massive 9.92-foot wingspan consists of heavy, non-retractable, ornamental plumage supported by internal structural wires. She cannot fold them flat or pull them tightly against her spine to minimize her profile. In combat and public settings, Sephiroth (and Angeal and Genesis to a degree) uses his broad, V-shaped shoulder span and tall frame to position his body directly between incoming threats and Bianca’s left and right flanks. When standing directly in front of or slightly offset from her, his 6'7" frame creates a literal "blind spot" or physical shadow that naturally covers the widest arc of her exposed wings.
In the high-density upper plates of Midgar or crowded Shinra military complexes, Sephiroth deliberately walks half a step ahead or positions an arm slightly behind her waist. This physical barrier ensures that passing infantrymen, corporate handlers, or moving equipment cannot accidentally jostle, strike, or aggravate the highly sensitive, arthritic skeletal structure of her permanently manifested wings.
More Preening stuff.
The extreme height differential directly shapes the daily maintenance protocol required to manage Bianca's advanced, localized arthritis and armored S-cell pinfeathers.
During the grueling preening routine, Bianca is entirely unable to rotate or lift her deformed wings. Because Sephiroth towers over her at 6'7", he has optimal mechanical leverage when she is seated. He can stand completely upright behind her, utilizing his height to look down over the entire expanse of her 9.92-foot wingspan. This allows him to meticulously locate, unzip, and debride the rock-hard keratin sheaths near the top structural joints of her wings without forcing her to bend forward or alter her posture, minimizing her muscular spasms.
When Bianca suffers severe somatic pain spikes due to weather transitions or Mako density variations, she rests her head directly against the center of Sephiroth's chest. Because her 5'0" height places her temples and forehead perfectly level with his sternum and heart, their proximity maximizes the sensory transfer of the Red Thread of Fate. Sephiroth can wrap his arms entirely around her small frame, completely enveloping her to dull the somatic pain signaling through their bond while keeping his hands free to monitor for developing blood feathers along her lower plumage.
Battlefield Coordination Stuff
In active combat zones, the contrast between the Stoic (Sephiroth) and the Firebird (Firebird) creates an incredibly lethal, highly synchronized vanguard dynamic rather than a standard bodyguard layout.
Bianca’s compact 5'0", 105-pound human frame allows her to maintain an exceptionally low center of gravity. This makes her highly agile, allowing her to dart beneath the sweeping arcs of larger weapons, utilizing her demonic tachi Noctemaris for rapid, close-quarters spatial and temporal reality-bending strikes.
When an incoming heavy blast or area-of-effect spell targets her location, Sephiroth utilizes his massive reach and long leg stride to instantly close the distance. He steps directly over her lower defensive posture, dropping his center of mass to form an immovable physical anchor. By locking his broad frame over her, he provides a massive, high-armor barrier that completely breaks the line of sight for ranged attackers, allowing Bianca to safely cast her corrupted ice magic or converse with the Lifestream spirits from the safety of the pocket created beneath his long arms.
Would you like to be on the FWC tag list or taken off? Please either send me an ask or DM me.
i have a question about your story! if sephiroth permanently died, do you think bianca would end up acting like wanda maximoff did in wandavision/multiverse of madness? like would she break reality or go full dark fantasy villain to get him back, or would her internal mind architecture handle the grief differently? absolute love your work btw!
Good morning. I hope you are having a wonderful day, and thank you so much for the incredibly sweet words about my story. Hearing that you love the work truly means the world to me.
This is also an absolutely fascinating parallel to pull apart, especially looking at how two deeply complex, powerful women handle catastrophic, soul-crushing grief.
The short answer is: Yes, the raw devastation and the potential for absolute, world-altering ruin are entirely there, but the way Bianca’s mind operates means her manifestation of that grief would look very different from Wanda’s.
While both characters possess the kind of power that can reshape the space around them, their internal architecture, backgrounds, and the nature of their bonds create a stark contrast. Here is a breakdown of how Bianca would likely process a permanent loss of Sephiroth compared to the Scarlet Witch:
Possible Trigger Warnings: abuse, emotional trauma, human experimentation, medical trauma, violence, vivisection
The Anchor of Reality Magic: Forged Flesh vs. Spelled Illusion
To understand how Bianca would handle the ultimate grief of losing her husband, you have to look at how she handles creation itself. When Wanda Maximoff lost Vision, her grief triggered the Hex: a localized, subconscious manifestation of her desires built entirely on chaos magic. Her children, Billy and Tommy, were beautiful, heartbreaking projections tied intimately to that boundary.
They were sustained by her willpower and her localized distortion of reality. The moment the Hex fell, the illusion dissolved, leaving behind a vacuum of grief that drove her straight into the corrupting pages of the Darkhold. Wanda’s tragedy was that she birthed ghosts she could not hold onto without breaking the world.
Bianca’s reality magic operates on an entirely different level of permanence.
When she created Lucien and Aurora two thousand years after the remaking of existence, she did not construct an illusion or a temporary coping mechanism. Haunted by her "Ultimate Sin"—the lingering grief over falsely mothering the Remnants (Kadaj, Loz, and Yazoo) and leading them to their destruction—Bianca utilized her blood, celestial purity, S-cells, and extracted maternal templates to forge her children from cosmic dust and the absolute weight of her own conscience.
Lucien and Aurora are Shinentai (Thought Forms) whose consciousness gained enough density and mass within their cocoons to hatch into unyielding, autonomous physical bodies. They are independent cosmic sovereigns, deified royalty who govern their own literal dimensions.
Wanda’s children were a symptom of her breakdown. Bianca’s children are a concrete monument to her survival.
The Architecture of Grief: The Severed String
Because Lucien and Aurora are completely real and independently powerful, Bianca’s mind architecture would not collapse into the desperate, reality-snapping delusion that defined Wandavision.
She would not need to enslave a town or build a fake domestic paradise to pretend Sephiroth is still there. The tragedy of her grief would be entirely conscious, clinical, and terrifyingly deliberate.
If Sephiroth’s physical body and soul were permanently erased, the immediate impact would be felt through the Filum Aeternum: the Red String of Fate wrapping around their wrists.
The snapping of that thread would send a sympathetic shockwave through Bianca’s nervous system, triggering her Demonic Overdrive and causing an immediate, violent spatial rupture.
But where Wanda became unhinged and easily manipulated by esoteric texts, Bianca’s INTJ Type 8 architecture would instantly transition into a state of absolute, icy detachment. She is a professional researcher, an archivist of universal code, and a woman who has already survived being flayed alive by her father and vivisected by Diana and Hojo. She does not panic under trauma. She calculates.
The physical sensation of the severed bond would manifest not as a sudden burst of tears, but as a violent, atmospheric decompression. The Filum Aeternum, which had hummed for millennia with the shared weight of Sephiroth’s memories and her own, would wither into ash against her skin. The immediate response from Bianca’s body would be a terrifying, automated display of her biology.
Without Sephiroth’s stabilizing frequency anchoring her from across the planar veil, her celestial and infernal bloodlines would immediately slip into a catastrophic friction. Debilitating spatial ripples would tear through her immediate surroundings as her internal energy looked for its missing half, shattering the geometry of the room and reducing nearby matter to dust while she remained frozen in an awful, motionless silence.
Yet, this biological chaos would never touch her conscious mind. While Wanda Maximoff’s trauma shattered her perception of what was real and what was fabricated, Bianca’s mind is built like an archival vault. The agonizing history of her nomad youth, her survival through Asmodeus's flaying, and the clinical torments of Hojo's Project Nephilim have trained her internal architecture to view pain as an objective dataset.
Instead of fracturing, her cognitive defenses would drop into an absolute, sub-zero pragmatism. She would realize instantly that Sephiroth was gone, analyze the precise magical or metaphysical anomaly that caused the erasure, and immediately begin mapping out the structural steps required to reverse the damage. Her hyper-vigilance would not cloud her tactical judgment. It would clear it entirely.
This clinical isolation of her grief means she would completely bypass the phase of staging a false domestic reality. She would have no need to rewrite a neighborhood into a sitcom or conjure an illusory husband to sit at her table, because her children, Lucien and Aurora, would be standing right beside her as flesh-and-blood anchors.
Looking at her twins—beings she forged from real cosmic mass and her own enduring conscience—Bianca would recognize that her legacy is already secure and unyielding. She would not lose her grip on the world because the world she constructed is entirely real. Her focus would instantly shift from defending a fragile, imaginary sanctuary to weaponizing the very real, independent empires her family already commands.
The true danger to the cosmos lies in this exact clarity. Bianca would look at the silent vacuum left behind by her husband and conclude that a reality without Sephiroth is an unoptimized, broken equation—a line of corrupted code that has lost its right to persist. Her grief would harden into a calculated, systemic audit of existence. She would not run from her sorrow or weep over the tattered white ribbon in her hair;
instead, she would quietly step onto her left-hand throne, look out over the mortal plane with a cold, predatory focus, and begin organizing a multi-dimensional harvest to reconstitute his exact frequency, no matter how many civilizations must be unmade to fuel the pyre.
The Forensic Audit: Reconstitution Over Fabrication
Because Bianca’s mind architecture rejects the comfort of an illusion, she would never attempt to fabricate a new Sephiroth from nothing. To her, a recreated copy would be nothing more than a hollow simulacrum: a clinical insult that would constantly trigger her traumatic memories of Hojo’s failed, discarded replicants (her children birthed during Project N). She does not want a monument to her loss. She demands the original entity. Her strategy would manifest not as a spell of creation, but as a ruthless, multi-planar forensic audit.
She would treat his absolute erasure as a structural anomaly in the code of existence, converting the entire Celestial Bureaucracy into a monolithic analytical engine dedicated to hunting down his missing data, much like Sephiroth does during the end part of the FF7 FWC Multiversal Arc.
This extraction would be absolute, mechanical, and predatory. Bianca would use her True Form to rip open the seams of the multiverse, using her reality magic as a cosmic magnet rather than a forge. She would track the precise, lingering gravity signatures left behind by the Masamune, follow the fading sub-atomic mako vibrations he left within the planetary ley lines, and isolate the exact frequency of the severed Filum Aeternum.
If a specific timeline, a pocket dimension, or a living civilization were holding onto even a single memory filament or soul-echo of Sephiroth’s existence, she would systematically bleed that reality dry to reclaim it. She would dismantle the code of lesser worlds, viewing their biomass as mere fuel required to jumpstart his original consciousness at the Edge of Creation.
The methodology of this audit would mirror the clinical precision of her historical research, elevated to a terrifying, divine scale. Every library, every stream of memory text, and every digital or mystical log across the dimensions would be subjected to her microscopic scrutiny. She would isolate the specific moment of his death, identifying the exact catalyst responsible, and treat it not as an act of god, but as an error in execution.
With Lucien’s structured legions cataloging the dimensional shifts and Aurora’s abyssal enforcers isolating temporal variables, Bianca would supervise the collection of reality data with a calm, unblinking focus. She would not weep over the void he left. She would map it, defining the precise boundary lines of his absence so she could fill them with the original material of his soul.
To facilitate this massive data reclamation, Bianca would forcefully unbind the ancient restrictions placed upon the Ethereal Nexus, converting the crossroads of existence into a focal sieve. The reality magic she used to stabilize her own Nephilim biology would be amplified a million-fold, vibrating at the exact frequency of Sephiroth’s physical footprint.
She would actively reject any alternate-universe version of him that did not possess the specific, shared history of their bond. A Sephiroth who had not stitched her vivisection wounds with a bone needle, or who had not held her as she fell through the ceiling of the Shinra Manor's underground study, would be discarded as an inaccurate asset. Her audit demands historical perfection. She will have the exact SOLDIER who claimed her, or she will dismantle the medium of time itself to find where his thread was cut.
As the cosmic harvest intensifies, the process would take on the traits of an invasive, biological filtration system. The Jenova-type hive-speak remaining within her children's genetic lineage would be weaponized to broadcast a constant, agonizing psychic pulse across the star systems, reacting to any dormant, cellular trace of Sephiroth's will. When a shard of his original consciousness is detected—whether trapped in a fragmented Remnant memory or crystallized inside a mako-veined meteor—Bianca’s tendrils would descend to extract it with surgical ruthlessness.
There would be no negotiation with the planes holding these filaments. If a god, a demon lord, or a planetary consciousness attempted to retain his data as a relic, she would deploy her 230-foot wingspan to choke out their star, siphoning their entire structural energy until the original soul-thread snaps back into her possession.
The final phase of this forensic extraction would culminate at the Edge of Creation, where the gathered soul-filaments would be re-stitched into the original template. Bianca would stand before the primordial singularity, her tattered black trench coat billowing against the vacuum. She would sit upon her left-hand throne, completely unbothered by the universal wreckage required to fuel this alchemical forge.
Her unique intellect, once used to decipher ancient Enochian scripts in isolation, would now be spent weaving a billion disparate parameters back into his exact, cold baritone. She would not stop until the Masamune manifests from thin air, its size and length responding to the precise, left-handed grip of the one true Sovereign who was meant to rule by her side.
The Evolution into the Sovereign Villain
Bianca would not slip into the erratic, emotionally volatile villainy seen in The Multiverse of Madness. She would become a Lawful Evil entity of absolute, unyielding intent: a transition that completes her evolution from a scholar into an architect. The cold throne at Elyrion is completely abandoned. It ceases to be a static seat of mourning as she takes to the cosmos, turning the very vacuum of space into a targeted, multi-dimensional war zone. She does not simply watch the universe burn from afar or direct her forces from safety. She is the active tip of the spear, personally leading the dismantling of reality and utilizing the structural information gathered from her forensic audit to rip through the dimensions.
Unlike Wanda, who wandered aimlessly through the multiverse hunting for a reality where a peaceful version of her life already existed, Bianca launches an organized campaign from her current position, moving outward with the finalized, stable pillars of her empire. She does not isolate herself. She steps into the cosmic void alongside Lucien and Aurora, viewing her children not as vulnerabilities or comforts, but as the finalized, weaponized extensions of her own will.
The Tri-Planar Government they co-created instantly pivots under her touch, shifting from an administrative framework of cosmic balance into a mobile, unified military machine engineered for total conquest.
The execution of her agenda manifests as a highly coordinated, relentless cosmic culling with Bianca at the absolute center of the onslaught. While the Abyssal Legions rise to systematically harvest the lifeforce of lesser civilizations and the Celestial Bureaucracy functions as a mechanical engine to unbind the timelines, Bianca herself spearheads the primary devastation.
Her true form sheds any lingering pretense of a sanctuary, actively descending upon resistant star systems as the apex predator of reality itself. She moves aggressively across the seams of space, using her crushing cosmic structures and bleeding non-essential dimensions dry as a necessary baseline adjustment to the cosmic equations.
She refuses to look for an alternate timeline where Sephiroth survived. She forces the current one to change by her own hand until it has no choice but to yield him. She is completely dynamic, a towering force of shadow and celestial fire tearing through the medium of time to physically extract his soul-filaments from the wreckage of the worlds she shatters.
Humanity and lesser lifeforms are reduced to mere biological assets, fuel to be spent in her alchemical forge until the original soul-thread snaps perfectly back into place. Bianca carries the staggering weight of this active, universal slaughter with a calm smile, fully operating under the absolute logic that a reality without her dark twin has lost its fundamental right to exist.

Bianca carries the staggering weight of this active, universal slaughter with a calm, dangerous maternal smile, fully operating under the absolute logic that a reality without her dark twin has no baseline right to persist.
The absolute punchline of this entire multi-dimensional crisis is that when Bianca finally stitches Sephiroth back together, her version of a family reunion completely flips the script on Marvel's House of M.
In the comic event, a grieving, unstable Wanda Maximoff cracked reality open to build an alternate world where her family reigned as a royal mutant mutant class: only for the illusion to implode, culminating in the desperate, empire-destroying whisper of "No more mutants."
Bianca, however, doesn't do illusions, and she certainly doesn't do breakdowns.
Sephiroth wakes up at Edge of Creation (maybe Elyrion depending the nature of Revelation and what may happen to the Edge of Creation), shakes off a billion years of cosmic displacement, and is immediately met by his terrifyingly efficient wife, who casually updates him on the complete corporate restructuring of existence.
With her silver-haired god-emperor successfully pulled back from the void, the family dynamic snaps right back into its rigid, terrifying perfection. Lucien immediately goes back to organizing the celestial spreadsheets, Aurora returns to micromanaging the warlords of the Abyss, and Bianca quietly takes her place on Sephiroth's left, seamlessly matching his breathing patterns and synchronization.
The surrounding star systems are left entirely in ash, serving as a bleak testament to the absolute length of her devotion.
It is an act of total, unyielding tyranny wrapped in a flawless domestic bow, proving that while Marvel's Scarlet Witch broke under the weight of her ghosts, Bianca’s absolute response to the universe losing her dark half is a clinical, dangerous smile and a silent, universal "No more exceptions."

Still offline until tomorrow. I shall catch up with everyone (fics, comments, etc) tomorrow morning. Love you all.
In the Redemption!AU, there is something endlessly fascinating about using floriography—the historical language of flowers—to dissect character design and narrative arcs. When it comes to a character like Bianca, the choices go far deeper than simple aesthetics.
Her name itself carries the weight of purity, light, and quiet grace, but her journey is rarely just a straight line of untouched innocence. Instead, her character usually exists at a compelling intersection of soft resilience, deep devotion, and the sharp realities of the world around her.
Below is a breakdown of five real-life flowers that perfectly capture different facets of Bianca's identity. From the unblemished symmetry of the camellia to the deceptive, fierce survival traits of the lily of the valley, these botanical counterpoints reflect the hidden depths beneath her gentle exterior.
The White Camellia (Camellia japonica)
The white camellia is a perfect primary symbol for Bianca. In the Victorian language of flowers, it represents "consummate loveliness," perfected loveliness, and affection.
The Symbolism: Unlike roses, which can carry connotations of sharp thorns and passionate, loud romance, the camellia is structured, symmetrical, and serene. It speaks to a quiet, elevated grace and an unblemished nature.
The Deeper Meaning: In Eastern traditions, the camellia symbolizes longevity and faithfulness because the calyx (the green leaves holding the petals) falls away together with the petals when the flower dies, representing a bond that endures even in endings. This mirrors a steadfast devotion that remains intact even through hardship.
Lily of the Valley (Convallaria majalis)
A delicate, bell-shaped woodland flower that grows close to the ground, the Lily of the Valley carries a profound traditional weight.
The Symbolism: It signifies the "return of happiness," humility, and absolute purity. Because it blooms in early spring, it is traditionally seen as a sign of surviving the harshness of winter, bringing hope and sweetness back to the world.
The Deeper Meaning: Despite its fragile, innocent appearance and sweet scent, Lily of the Valley is entirely poisonous if ingested and incredibly hardy in the wild, spreading via an interconnected underground root system. This beautifully symbolizes a character who appears delicate or gentle on the surface but possesses an underlying, fierce protective mechanism and a resilient network of inner strength.
White Anemone (Anemone nemorosa)
Also known as the windflower, the anemone has deep roots in classical mythology, springing from the tears of Aphrodite.
The Symbolism: It carries dual meanings of anticipation, protection against evil, and fragile, fleeting beauty. In darker contexts, it can symbolize forsaken love or the weight of illness and grief.
The Deeper Meaning: The anemone closes up at night and opens its petals to the morning sun, bowing but rarely breaking in the wind. This captures a sense of emotional sensitivity: a character who feels the shifts in the world acutely, carrying a touch of melancholy or tragic grace, yet who remains inherently tied to the light.
White Stephanotis (Stephanotis floribunda)
Often called "Madagascar jasmine" or the "bridaliwreath," this star-shaped vine flower is renowned for its intense, sweet fragrance.
The Symbolism: It traditionally represents marital happiness, a desire to travel, and good fortune.
The Deeper Meaning: As a climbing vine, the stephanotis requires a structure to lean on to grow high, but once established, its vines become incredibly tough and tightly woven. It represents a character whose life is defined by deep, binding connections to others, whose strength is amplified by loyalty, and who brings a distinct, unforgettable presence (much like the flower's perfume) to any space she inhabits.
Edelweiss (Leontopodium nivale)
A rugged, velvety white wildflower that grows in the high, unforgiving altitudes of the Alps.
The Symbolism: Edelweiss symbolizes deep devotion, rugged purity, and noble courage. Historically, fetching an edelweiss flower required climbing dangerous cliffs, making it a token of daring and true love.
The Deeper Meaning: Visually, it looks soft, downy, and star-like, covered in tiny white hairs that protect it from the alpine cold and intense UV rays. This is the ultimate symbol for a "pure" character forced to exist in a harsh, cold, or hostile environment. It shows that her innocence is not a sign of weakness, but a shield that allows her to survive where others wither.

Somewhere in the deep, shifting static of the Elyrion, Bianca Moore is taking a breather from cosmic prophecies, invasive alien cells (thanks Hojo and Diana), and demonic / celestial entities. She’s got a dual-deck cassette recorder, a stack of blank Maxell tapes, and a mission: The multiverse desperately needs a better soundtrack. With a sharp click of the Record button, she lets the raw, melancholic basslines of Earth's late 20th century bleed into the tape header.
Suddenly, the sheer, unadulterated power of 90s metal and other songs she loves overloads the spatial fabric. A tiny, iridescent violet portal tears open right above her desk.
On the plastic casing, written in black sharpie: BIANCA’S MIX TAPE (90S ONLY. DO NOT TOUCH, ASMODEUS. FOR BIANCA'S FRIENDS ONLY)
The newly dubbed cassette slips from her fingers, tumbles through the wormhole, and plunges straight across dimensions, smacking right into the hands of completely unsuspecting OCs with a sharp clack!

FWC Lore Musing: The Grotesque, Absurd Reality of Divine Resurrection (Or: True Love is Watching Your Man Regrow His Lower Body)
In the sweeping, operatic text of the Final Fantasy VII arc, the Northern Cave is treated with this heavy, suffocating reverence. To the Planet, it’s a localized cancer. To Cloud Strife and his party, it’s an impending doomsday clock. The historical record demands you look at the legendary silver-haired Sephiroth encased in a crystalline Mako egg and feel nothing but sheer, ancient terror.
But if you are Bianca Moore—trapped in a leather trench coat on the freezing rim of the crater, fighting off relentless Mako migraines, and acting as the self-imposed Priestess to this unfolding nightmare—the reality is a completely different story.
True love isn’t writing romance poetry under the Tuscan sun anymore. True love is sitting on a frost-bitten rock, cracking open a nostalgic pumpkin muffin you summoned with your reality-magic, and watching your eternal soulmate slowly piece himself back together from the ribs down.
But, it's also hilarious in a way that Bianca doesn't care if he is a God of War now. She still plays her telepathic games with him.
Beyond the Glossy Cover: The Anatomy of Reconstitution
As an author, Bianca knows the difference between a polished final manuscript and the messy, chaotic first draft. And let's be entirely honest: the physical resurrection of Sephiroth's body within that glowing Mako cocoon is the ultimate, raw biological first draft.
It doesn't happen all at once in a blinding flash of majestic, seraphic silver light. The Lifestream doesn’t render things smoothly. It pieces them together like a madman stitching old leather.
Because of their cosmic soul-bond—the Filum Aeternum wrapped tightly around her wrist—Bianca doesn’t just watch this happen. She feels the sympathetic resonance of it. The Red Thread doesn't care about dignity.
When the cellular mitosis triggers localized, burning itching in his reforming thighs, she finds herself instinctively scratching her own leg at breakfast. When a phantom nerve ending misfires in his half-synthesized calves, she gets a sudden, random toe cramp.
She has a front-row seat to the literal, unedited blueprinting of a god. And the timeline of that resurrection is nothing short of deeply, profoundly hilarious:
The Floating Torso Phase: For a long time, he is just those broad 55-inch shoulders and a completely blank space beneath the chest. He looks less like the executioner of the Cetra and more like a discarded, muscular museum bust floating in thick, glowing green dishwater.
The "Proportional Crisis" Milestone: When the vascular network and the skeletal frame finally start pushing downward, the cells don't magically scale to 6'7" overnight. There is a definitive, awkward period where the terrifying commander of Shinra's elite military branch has pale, smooth, disproportionately small lower limbs. For a brief few weeks, the ultimate predator of Gaia literally lacks ankles capable of supporting his own muscular upper body.
The Raven’s Click: Sarcasm as a Sanctuary
You can practically hear the low, rhythmic raven click vibrating in Bianca’s chest as she steps up on the branches leading to that Mako egg. She tilts her head with the quick, calculated, precise head-tilt of a raptor, her indigo feline-slit eyes tracking a bubble of green energy as it drifts past a newly synthesized knee joint.
She doesn’t look away. She doesn't blush. She has been flayed alive by a demon lord and subjected to eighteen months of live vivisection in Hojo’s laboratories and had numerous children stolen from her. She is entirely immune to the shock of raw flesh.
Instead, she lets her thoughts drift lazily across the cross-dimensional psychic link, letting them sink directly into his floating, ego-cohesive consciousness:
"So this is the great terror of the upper continents," she muses, her deep, smoky rasp echoing in his mind. "The universal architect, the thief of fate, the Son of Jenova, the Chosen One...who currently requires a high chair. Let me know when your pelvis finishes fusing, Sephiroth. I’ll make sure Cloud doesn’t trip over your baby feet."
And the absolute beauty of their dynamic? Sephiroth can’t even deny it. Post-Nibleheim Incident, he is a Service Dom with a massive claiming kink and an insatiable need for absolute environmental control, yet here he is, completely immobile, utterly vulnerable, and entirely dependent on her to keep the elements and the Turks away from his sanctuary.
The Ultimate Inside Joke
The humor peaks when Sephiroth gets irritated by her telepathic teasing and decides to project his consciousness outward, inhabiting the vessel of a black-hooded Sephiroth Clone (SC-X) just to interact with her physically.
He will walk into her cabin on the crater’s rim with that flawless, predatory grace. He will tower over her at 6'7", using that cold, formal, commanding baritone to layout tactical maneuvers or handle her metabolic needs. He will look like absolute perfection.
But Bianca just looks up at him, bites her lower lip to hide her knowing smile, and thinks about the fact that his actual legs down in the cavern are still the size of a five-year-old’s. His absolute authority is completely undercut by the biological reality she guards every single night.
Two billion years from now, in the Godling Arc, when they are the multi-winged, absolute Sovereigns of Existence ruling a dark universe from thrones of obsidian, this eon is going to be their favorite piece of marital lore.
When their twin children, Lucien and Aurora, start grandstanding about their own manufactured divine authority or throwing tantrums about their cosmic sectors, Bianca will simply glance across the Singularity at her husband. She’ll catch those glowing mako-green eyes, emit a soft, mocking raptor trill, and silently remind him of the eon he spent as a floating torso waiting for his shins to come together.

A huge shoutout and thank you to @prehistoric-creatures for sending this prompt my way. I had so much fun mapping out these specific years, and I really hope this hits the exact vibe you were looking for.
We are diving deep into the adolescent years for Bianca and Sephiroth, charting their growth from ages 14 to 18. This covers the immediate aftermath of Bianca's vivisection scars, their shared trauma during the Rhadore campaign, navigating the absolute nightmare of Shinra's public relations machine, and finally, that pivotal shift at 18 when the corporate breeding program kicks off and Sephiroth starts wearing his iconic open-chest wardrobe (which Bianca has some thoughts about, naturally). Our poor innocent angel doesn't have innocent thoughts.
It's a mix of heavy angst, survival, and the quiet, comforting moments that keep them grounded.
Possible Trigger Warnings: Body horror, coercive control, corporate exploitation, forced drugging, medical abuse, psychological manipulation, violence, warfare
Ages 14–15: Healing and the Rhadore Campaign
At 14, Sephiroth is thrust into his first military campaign in Rhadore. Bianca, at 12, is a fierce but deeply kind "caged prodigy" adjusting to life outside a high-security lab cell, carrying the heavy purple scars of her recent vivisection.
During their first field deployment to the Logues Ruins in Rhadore, fourteen-year-old Sephiroth frequently positioned his broad shoulders slightly ahead of twelve-year-old Bianca. He did this intentionally to block her view of the freshly slaughtered Rhadoran soldiers, sheltering her sensitive, celestial-attuned mind from the immediate psychic shock of mass death.
At 0730 in their temporary Rhadoran base camp, Sephiroth quietly slid his portion of grilled fish onto Bianca’s metal tray. He noticed she was staring blankly at her light porridge with honey, completely overwhelmed by the lingering spiritual weight of the island's fallen inhabitants, and knew she needed grounding, solid sustenance.
It had been exactly one year since Bianca had survived the horrific vivisection under Hojo. While her demonic resilience had knit the twisting purple mark wrapping around her belly button, the skin remained hypersensitive. Sephiroth spent their morning acting as a silent perimeter shield so she could stretch her back without Shinra technicians staring at her torso.
when Glenn Lodbrok first saw twelve-year-old Bianca fiercely clinging to Sephiroth's oversized training jacket, he loudly barked, "Look at that, the company gave Sephiroth a little pint-sized girlfriend to carry his spare materia." Bianca instantly bared her sharp fangs at him, but Sephiroth simply stepped between them.
When Glenn callously kicked Sephiroth’s mother’s necklace into the churning sea during the confrontation over Rosen, Bianca didn't hesitate. Driven by an unyielding, protective fury for the boy who had held her organs inside her chest a year prior, she lunged forward and delivered a swift, stinging punch directly to Glenn’s nose, her blood-red stiletto nails flashing in the damp air.
Following the heartbreaking mercy kill of Rosen, Sephiroth returned to her in a state of absolute, robotic dissociation. Bianca didn’t say a single word; she simply unlooped the glowing Red Thread of Fate from her fingers, wrapped it securely around his trembling wrist, and allowed the psychic bond to drain away his suffocating sense of guilt until his breathing normalized.
Before Team Glenn defected, they left the morose dog, Refu, behind in the barracks, and the animal initially refused to eat anything. Bianca spent her entire lunch sitting on the cold floor, trying to hand-feed the hound scraps of dried meat she had smuggled from the cafeteria, while Sephiroth watched silently from the doorway, deeply moved by her innate kindness.
Ages 16–17: The Rise of Heroes and the Robio Mission
Sephiroth enters his peak popularity as a war hero, while Bianca is officially branded by Shinra's PR department as the "Angel of Shinra" and the "Saint of SOLDIER." Their bond deepens from childhood survival into an unspoken, fierce teenage devotion.
As Sephiroth’s mind began to fracture under Hojo’s escalating pressure, he deliberately dulled his side of the Soul-Link to prevent his dark thoughts from polluting Bianca’s mind. For three agonizing weeks, Bianca was met with nothing but cold, static resonance across the Red Ribbon, driving her feisty temperament into a frenzy of stubborn determination to break through his walls.
When Shinra’s marketing division realized Sephiroth was becoming increasingly hostile toward Russ Bachman’s camera crews, they systematically separated the duo. They paired fifteen-year-old Bianca with Genesis Rhapsodos for a high-profile border territory campaign, intentionally selecting Genesis's glamorous, photogenic aesthetic to serve as the perfect corporate mask for the "Angel of Shinra."
At 1130 before their televised departure, handlers attempted to force Bianca to drink an echo screen distillate laced with a 0.05mg mood tranquilizer to guarantee absolute compliance.
The glossy, scripted PR tour dissolved into complete chaos when regional insurgents violently ambushed their convoy. While the civilian camera crews panicked, thirteen-year-old Bianca completely ignored the chain of command, running directly into the smoking line of fire to kneel in the mud beside a shattered, bleeding Shinra infantryman.
It was during this specific ambush that the cameras caught raw, unedited footage of Bianca utilizing her corrupted celestial magic to stitch a dying trooper’s chest wound closed. She held his trembling hand, speaking with an absolute, radiant warmth that completely bypassed her predatory, succubus-like features, instantly earning her the lifelong public title of the "Saint of SOLDIER."
When a secondary insurgent squad attempted to flank Bianca while her celestial aura was entirely drained from healing the wounded, Genesis intercepted them. He unleashed a devastating attack, physically shielding her from an incoming mortar blast and sustaining a minor scorch mark across his leather coat, completely solidifying their lifelong bickering friendship.
Following their survival at the border, Bianca broke straight through Genesis’s rigid, theatrical walls by playfully mocking his endless LOVELESS recitations. She would purposefully draw tiny, satirical doodles of him wearing a ridiculous crown on the margins of his poetry journals, which Genesis would pretend to despise while secretly preserving the pages in his desk.
Upon her frantic return to the Midgar quarters, Bianca broke right through Sephiroth's self-imposed isolation by slamming a plastic cup of chocolate pudding onto his desk: the rare reward Hojo used to make them share as children. She climbed directly onto his lap, burying her face into his high-collared jacket and cried until the icy static in the Red Thread dissolved into a warm, rhythmic pulse.
Daily life
In the restricted upper levels of the VR Training Room, Sephiroth refused to let anyone else train Bianca’s spatial and reality-bending capabilities. He designed a highly specific sword synchronization drill where she had to call Noctemaris from its temporal portal exactly three inches away from the sweeping arc of his Masamune, trusting his precise blade control implicitly.
During their post-training cooldown windows, Angeal Hewley would often sit on a crate with a towel over his neck, delivering long, solemn lectures about the sacred honor of a SOLDIER. Bianca, hiding her exhaustion behind her natural mischief, would use her shadow manipulation to make Angeal’s shadow to appear tiny.
Because Shinra’s scientists heavily regulated Bianca’s midday meals to include refined tantal extract, she despised the sterile taste. Sephiroth systematically learned how to bake fresh, heavy artisanal loaves of bread during his late-night hours, hollowing out the crusts to pack them with sweet berry preserves that completely masked the medical additives.
Shinra’s PR department frequently forced Bianca into elaborate, pristine white gowns for seasonal charity appearances at the upper plate hospitals to emphasize her "Angel" persona. To reclaim a tiny sliver of her chaotic agency, Bianca would secretly write highly offensive, ancient Enochian insults along the interior lining of her white hair ribbon, knowing the media cameras were completely oblivious.
Whenever Hojo’s voice crackled over the intercom during their morning biometric scans, Bianca would instinctively bite her lower lip until her sharp upper fangs nearly drew blood. Sephiroth would immediately shift his immense frame, blocking the remote observation lenses with his broad shoulders while gently sliding his thumb across her chin to break her nervous, self-destructive habit.
Standing on a secluded cliffside overlooking the ocean during a winter retreat, fourteen-year-old Bianca looked up at the cloudy sky and whispered, "They think they manufactured us to be their perfect, pretty weapons, Seph. But they forgot we have our own souls."
The Breaking Point & Transition of Power (Age 17 & 15)
When news arrived of massive casualties among the infantry units, Bianca spent her entire quiet hour window refusing her sedatives. Instead, she lay perfectly flat on the floor and used her celestial nature to guide the frantic, wandering spirits of the newly dead to embrace the Lifestream.
As the corporate media campaigns intensified, Bianca began wearing mirrored sunglasses everywhere she went outside their private quarters. While Shinra spun this as an elite, high-fashion statement for the "Angel of Shinra," Sephiroth knew she was using the reflective lenses to hide her slitted, feline-like pupils whenever her demonic corruption began to flare from stress.
As Sephiroth’s hair grew significantly past his waist, the morning styling routine became a sacred, unalterable ritual. After he finished his precise Masamune katas at 0530, he would sit perfectly still on the edge of the bed while Bianca knelt behind him. Her fingers weaved his grey locks into intricate, defensive braids that she would secure with small, hidden metal clasps.
Whenever the Shinra cafeteria attempted to serve Bianca bland, cold white fish to minimize her digestive stress during PR weeks, her feisty nature flared. She would wait until the server turned their back, then use her spatial portals to swap her unseasoned plate with the massive, savory portions of grilled pork and spiced rice Sephiroth was designated to eat, grinning.
Off-camera, fifteen-year-old Bianca completely rejected the white, pure garments chosen by the PR handlers. She began sneaking pieces of dark leather, heavy metal buckles, and frayed black denim into their private quarters, creating a highly customized, subterranean wardrobe that perfectly matched her demonic side.
Bianca began wearing a flowing, heavy black trench coat with deep interior pockets that she had modified herself. She spent her mornings raiding the First Class lounges for hard candies, chocolates, and dried fruit, stuffing the lining full so she could secretly distribute the treats to the underfed orphans she encountered in the slums.
The Icon of 18: The Open Coat & Absolute Retaliation (Age 18 & 16)
When Sephiroth officially turned eighteen, Shinra’s elite design division unveiled his permanent, signature wardrobe: the heavy black trench coat with silver pauldrons, leather suspenders, and absolutely no shirt underneath. When he first walked into their private Midgar apartment wearing the open coat, revealing his broad chest, sixteen-year-old Bianca’s composure completely shattered.
Seeing him stand there with his silver hair flowing over his bare torso, Bianca’s face turned an intense, burning shade of crimson that rivaled her blood-red nails. She immediately snatched her woolen beanie and threw it directly at his chest. "Corporate designers have completely lost their minds, Seph! You’re going to give the entire upper plate a collective heart attack!"
During the media campaigns that followed his wardrobe change, Sephiroth would intentionally stand exactly a half-step behind Bianca. He let her radiant, warm, and newly defined "Angel of Shinra" persona completely dominate the press lenses, content to act as her silent, terrifyingly handsome protector while she effortlessly charmed the populace.
