to be clear im not actually interested in any knives out ship, but i desperately need to rotate it in my brain some more so i've been reading fanfic basically at random and a lot of them feature at least a bit of blanc with his husband. and i must say the tendency to turn him into a sort of househusband just because the one thing we see him do is baking really bores me. the bread baking was clearly primarily a lockdown joke and from what i've seen this happened to a lot of people with usually intense job who required some sort of new project they can do at home. meaning i greatly enjoy anyone giving phillip crazy and outlandish jobs which makes more sense to me and is also hilarious. i sincerely hope there is never any sort of fanon consensus and we just keep giving him every kind of absurd job for ever. love and peace on planet gay detective.

i love this piece of decor in milchick's office. it's a sculpture version of the rabbit-duck-illusion !!! it fits the minimal / abstract lumon decor but it also a really cool piece about the duality and one thing being two things. you know like in the tv show severance ...

if i used to be a walrus and now had to be stuck as a human having to pay rent and do the dishes and such.. i would also mention how great it was to be a walrus at every opportunity. like imagine!

hmmm still thinking about the four tempers. they're so obviously a reference the four temperaments (humor theory personality types) and it drives me crazy that it's three perfect fits (melancholic = woe, sanguine = frolic, choleric = malice) and then it's phlegmatic = dread?? is this just weird?? is it a point about fear making you apathetic? i just cant make it fit in my head

ALSO can we talk about their personifications in the painting/dance. the whole goat thing is still driving me crazy but i'd still say the malice figure is a baphoment. the jester as frolic is also fitting although i always find it unnerving. the first time i saw it i thought it might me malice for a second. really drives the point that frolic is not the same as happiness, it's the temporary and superficial cheeryness of a melon party. dread is an old woman, which again .. not sure what's going on here. impassiveness ages you. i guess. but what makes me especially crazy is woe as a bride!!!! auugh!! and i saw someone say the main characters each have a prominent temper with helly as malice, dylan as frolic, irving as dread and mark as woe!! the widower ... haunted by the photo of his wedding and everything ...

tragically hilarious thing about oMark trying to burn "who is alive?" into his retina is that iMark does not know her name. there is a high chance he would've just answered "Ms Casey" which would have meant nothing to oMark

my beloved coworker (f/60s) just got my tiramisu that im saving for tomorrow from the fridge to show it around in the office and tell everyone it look like it has slugs in it.? blatant bullying of my dessert, shocked and distraught ....
