Sick and tired of being sick and tired. Most of my brain fog is gone but I'm pretty tired a lot. And that's saying a lot seeing as I live with a pretty steady chronic fatigue because of my #cebv I have a lot of feelings about being sick. I've been working virtually with sick and exposed people since June of 2020 and in person testing and vaccinating people since Feb 2021. I knew I'd get it, like most of us it's a matter of time. Not if, but when and how bad, just like sideshow. I hate being unproductive, I hate feeling trapped, I don't like feeling powerless. My brain is in full swing now without the fog but my body can't catch up. It's a definite type of self torture. Today I'm going to fix my bed and clean my room. I did two things and had to lay back down.
