Year 1587 Part 1:

TW/CW: Death, Death Mention

The beginning of the year started out well when Margery delivered her son Cuthbert safely though the next few months of the year were brutal on the entire family. Things started to look up when the Laurent family head learned where Ruth had been married off to though which was quickly shared through Talia’s tome.

Wilmot was widowed as Faiz succumbed to old age, then the famine took it’s toll on Agnes and Blanche leaving Ambrose and Adrian as the last of their surviving siblings. Then Judith’s middle child died of hunger and Clemence was widowed when her husband Dimitri died. All this occurred in the span of a few short weeks following the birth of Cuthbert. 

Cecily delivered a healthy daughter she named Matilda which was welcome news.  Benedict celebrated his sixth birthday to the delight of his mother though with all the bad news coming in he really just wanted to rest until it stopped. 

Then Margery died from the famine. Agnes could hardly enjoy her birthday with so much death in the community. 

John Laurent II arrived at the Pancake residence to find that he was too late. His sister had sadly passed in childbirth years ago but only recently had a strange woman carrying an odd book come to visit asking about Ruth. When she learned about her fate, every member in the house at the time had mysteriously died. Though more strange was that Ruth’s sons were never found. 

Adrian celebrated his fifty-third birthday mostly alone, the year was long and he found it hard to think of celebrating milestones when his sister had just passed a few months back. The news of Ruth’s death hurt him, he was so tired of outliving people so much younger than himself. He wondered if his Aunt Larissa was alright now that she was almost certainly with her great-grandsons. She still wasn’t responding to anyone in the tome but it was clear she was keeping up to date.

Year 1606 Part 1:

Things settled down after the end of the year with the only things of note being William making friends with the Carlisle boys and Thomasin’s ghost visiting once again. 

Then Lawrence became a teenager and with the blessing of his mother began his studies to take over as the head of the family once his mother was ready to step down. 

Rachel was preparing to welcome her fifth child while the younger Carlisle children enjoyed their childhood after their lessons.

Year 1600 Part 3:

TW/CW: Infant Death, Death Mention

Having toddlers was it’s own adjustment as they all had different personalities and even though they hadn’t known their mother long, they felt the lack of her presence dearly. Thankfully though they weren’t exactly fussy children and once Agustin and Adrian had gotten themselves a full nights sleep it was clear they had just been overwhelmed by numbers. Francisco was a rather charming child, Ramon was fiercely independent which spelled trouble since he was barely a year old, and Vincente was a happy, silly child. 

Susanna and Cecily started to grow close before Rachel gave birth to her son, Alexander in late October. Unfortunately, Alexander only lived five days and passed before the end of the month, the loss was getting to Susanna. She figured that maybe it was because she had to share a room with him while she was alive or maybe, but she would never say this aloud, she could have seen the hit to her relationship with her sister as worth it if the child that had exacerbated her jealously from carrying him had actually lived. 

The bad news continued as in December, Philippa shared the news that her husband, Yoshio, had died.

Surviving Family:

Talia’s eldest child, Thomas Carlisle married Isabel Goth and the couple had six children before Isabel’s death. Anthony, Andrew, Agnes, Adam, Allen, and Arthur. Unfortunately both Adam and Allen passed away as children. After Isabel’s death, Thomas remarried Margery Thorne and the couple had two sons, Adrian and Ambrose. Adrian had six children together with Samara Ernest; Margaret, Roger, Thomasin, Parnell, Philippa, and Catherine. Unfortunately both Roger and Catherine did not survive to adulthood. Adrian also had a daughter named Cecily Markovic with Tomi Markovic and he had twins, Audrey and Maria, with Julian Laurent though his daughter Audrey did not survive. 

Cecily Markovic(pictured first) had four children. Her oldest Barbara died in infancy and the twin of her only son, Mary died as a toddler. Her surviving children, Matilda and Lawrence are pictured beneath her. 

Maria Laurent (pictured under Matilda and Lawrence) married Bernardo Soto and their twin boys were born after her husband’s death. Her oldest son, Bernard, died as a toddler while her other son, Benedict, is pictured beneath her. 

Parnell is the oldest of Samara and Adrian’s triplets and she is pictured beneath her nephew, Benedict. Parnell married Daryl Akiyama and together they had one son. Since Parnell has only rolled one kid, Philip will be her only child and he is pictured beneath his mother.

1500-1599 Recap Part 80:

Cecily had her final twins since she rolled to have four children, these two make four. 

Thomasin had her youngest daughter Grace. 

Terric became a child and I think he looks quite a bit like his mother. 

Samuel married Aniyah and they happen to be third cousins, I feel like that’s far enough apart. The family tree branches are beginning to intertwine but in a small community that’s an inevitability. 

Sarah lost her third child shortly after her birth. 

Wilmot’s sons both got married and sadly Barnaby’s eldest child died. 

Benedict became a teenager though.

1500-1599 Recap Part 74:

Adrian started getting more noticeable wrinkles. 

Parnell Jernigan became a toddler. 

Audrey became a teenager and I feel both of Adam’s daughters look quite a bit like their mother. 

Arthur became a toddler as did Elric and Melrose while Amy became a child. 

Unfortunately Anne had passed away from the famine but before Margery passed of famine herself, she and her husband had a son named Cuthbert.

Cecily gave birth to her daughter Matilda.

1500-1599 Recap Part 72:

Clemence became a toddler and I like the grey hair and red eyes combo. 

Cecily had her first daughter Barbara who died the next in game day. 

Bartholomew became a child and Patricia gave birth to a daughter named Janet. 

Piers became a child as well.

Helen became a teen but started using he/him pronouns changed his name to Henry and left Henford never to be seen again... except that he actually ended up living in San Myshuno and he’s neighbors to Talia and Joan since they are still in game just not involved as of right now. 

Thomasin, Parnell and Philippa ended up in Mt.Komorebi partly because it’s nice and mostly because I noticed Philippa was pregnant.

1500-1599 Recap Part 61:

Cecily became a teenager and Wilmot fell in love with a wealthy merchant Faiz who she quickly married. 

Maria became a teenager. 

Wilmot had her triplets though her oldest and only daughter from her triplets died. 

Margaret’s so John became a toddler as Philippa and Parnell became teenagers.
