my part of the poketcg kanto redraw hosted by @poketcg-art !! i got to pick wartortle and knew immediately i wanted to try my hand in recreating the moody dark wartortle card, originally Kagemaru Himeno.

the original card has such a unique look with the bright greens and airbrushing effect, but i liked translating it into my own style!
