ive found a certain joy in cooking and baking. i like having a list of instructions and things to do. im prioritising my alone time and being alone with my thoughts. as an only child I spend most of my time alone and cling to nearest person all the time but instead of being “lonely” im now just simply alone. it really is the little things. and sometimes my thoughts when im alone aren’t positive but at least i can come to terms with them instead of ignoring them.
