I had an idea. Soulmate AU where everyone has a superpower, and when they meet their soulmate, their power goes away. So most people have very mixed feelings about meeting their soulmate and most of the superheroes and supervillains are very young, which gives lots of angst potential. I'm going to write this idea with tss, I think, but anyone else is free to use it for their own stories.

Oooohhhh I have so many of these... Let's go with the wing au, which is based somewhat in setting on @impatentpending's Powerless (in that 99.97% of people have wings, and 0.03% of people don't). Also this was before Remus, and before I actually liked Janus, so. They're not in here. Unfortunately. But anyway, Roman and Logan have wings. Virgil and Patton do not. Roman is an actor and model, as well as an aspiring screenwriter. Logan is a professor at the local college, teaching astronomy and cosmology. Patton owns a daycare. Very few kids can fly before about age seven, so his kiddos are just as grounded as he is. Virgil is a writer and artist, doing both under a screen name. He's fairly internet famous. He's never drawn a wingless person. Anyway, one of Roman's hobbies is photography. He's in the park one day, taking pictures, and he sees Patton. And he thinks Patton is beautiful. Then Patton takes off his jacket, under which he's wearing a halter top, because clothes for wingless people are way more expensive. And Roman finds him even more gorgeous. So, of course, he goes up and asks Pat if he can take his picture. Patton agrees. And that's just the beginning! I might make a separate post to make a bullet fic out of this, if anyone is interested.

Today was a 👌 day. Got an estimate on my top surgery, and it's less than I expected. Now all I have to do is talk to my boss about when is good for her for me to take off six weeks, then I can schedule. And it's my three months on T.
