Awakening
Moments of clarity come, and go, but an unfortunate reality clings to them; this reality is that clarity comes when depravity is near. Wickedness is essential to doing absolutely good. They are oft at odds, never really from the same origin. Clashing like two blades tempered with the means to vivify their ends.
I, Tindómiel Singsorrow, had a moment of clarity at a time when I thought all was clear. Little did I know that the lucidity I viewed was but a skewed vision of reality.
That is when he came. Sótalach. He came to me in my dreams, before I vanished. Warning me, almost -- no, threatening me. Daring me to continue to possess the power I had. I was. . . am the Soulforger. A cursed visage in my dreams meant nothing to me at the time.
Ah, and then I was married. I was to continue my work, my research with the Celestial Dawn. And then it happened. Like vein being cut, the ever flowing river of damnation, akin to that of blood from that very vein, slew me unto a voyage I wished no part in.
That is when a seemingly friendly face drew from me, my power, almost poetic in its just injustices. Lifting a burden, unintentionally, from my shoulders. One that I know not the depth of. One that will haunt me, and my savior, for months if not years to come.
But it was within this selflessly selfish act that I had disappeared. Buried beneath my own inadequacies, I was delivered to the doorway of death. Within the void, I found salvation. I found my father, and it was with his very soul that I dragged my unerring will back to the forefront of my mind to force myself back into the jaws and warmth of life. It is with this, that I return.
I come back to you, Silvermoon. I come back to you, Horde. I come back to finish what I had started; and it is with the hands of fate that the duality of Light and Dark I now possess allow me to deliver my terrible vengeance upon those whom have wronged the name... Singsorrow. Be wary, Azeroth. I am not done with you, yet.
