Nogomi clay doll, Yutoku Inari Shrine INARI-KOMA
I've had this in my collection for some time. (It didn't start out as a collection...) For years I just assumed that it was a zodiac figurine. It is a Celestial horse that flies through the Heavens with a Wish fulfilling jewel on its back and it is associated with/named after Yutoku Inari Shrine in Kashima City, Saga Prefecture.
I'd gotten all excited when I spotted it on ebay. I had an Inari horse and didn't even know it. The monetary value of this little one is about twenty dollars US, but often goes for a lot more on various web sites.
I love Xur, he always has been my Destiny cinnamon roll ♥
Feels good to have him under the spotlights!!
Now, is the horse a trojan horse containing the Nine or is he Xur's imaginary friend ?
