I'm less inclined for a "timeout" being given in the daycare and/or in front of the kids just from what I've learned in ECE, but I think this would be insanely funny if this happened in private and/or post-fire.
If we're talking earlier on with Y/N being the new Daycare Assistant, Moon would likely be the one to get timed out. It's after hours and he's messing with Y/N while they're trying to close up the daycare. Cue the silly goofy back and forth between em. (Moon, give me back the keys. Moon, you know I can't leave without that. OKAY YOU KNOW WHAT? YOU GET FIVE SECONDS.)
With Sun, I think it'd have to be post-ruin. I don't imagine Sun being close with DCAssistant Y/N because he's a little threatened by them (insecurities n all that). That said, DCAssistant Y/N wouldn't be allowed to touch him in close proximity, let alone carry him.
BUUUTT!!! POST-RUIN Sun is at Y/N's home and gets to let loose and bully them (/aff) more. I imagine the reason for his timeout always has to do with his overbearing nature. (No, Sun, please don't rearrange my room. Sunny, no. Sunny, this is my house. SUNNY PUT THE CLOTHES DOWN.)
