I feel like it depends more on the description of the book since the prices are all so similar it doesn't feel like a big difference money wise, for me at least

I tend to feel the same way, at least within the $1 to $6 range. Once it goes higher than that I start to rethink my purchase, unless I really like the description and writing sample.
