Perhaps Cemedine and Foresight?

New Quirk Name: Mold Time

This Emitter type Quirk activates whenever the user looks someone in the eyes. When they do, they can start to form a small paste from their fingertips. This paste will then start to become molded into a clay model representing the target's future. While only working for a brief moment, it is very accurate to what will happen. The longer the user looks into the target's eyes, the more events they can see and the more details they can gleam from it. For example, the user could show someone about to be attacked, showing a man about to stab them. Further application can form more of the scene, giving more details of the who, when, and where of everything that will happen. This gives the user a unique utility tool, able to peer into the futures of other people. They can predict dangers for people, help plan out events before they happen, help give advice to other people, distract enemies with potential futures, or just use them as good art pieces and memoirs. Though the models may not provide a lot of detail on the surface, they work more like snapshots of the target's future. This can make actual events spotty and potentially misinterpreted. Overuse is quite taxing on the user, requiring breaks in between usage or they risk collapsing.

Which Quirks would combo well with Fat Absorption? So both Fat Absorption and an additional Quirk

Thank you for clarifying that last point. Because with posts like these, I'm not sure if it's one user with the Quirks or multiple people working together.

Cemedine: This could extend the defensive abilities of "Fat Absorption" outwards, applying the same kind of kind pliability from "Fat Absorption" to the glue being made to make it tougher and harder to escape.

Creation: This could be counterproductive and only help out one of the Quirks, but I think it could work. By using the excessive fat storage ability of "Fat Absorption", the user would have a lot more resources to use for "Creation".

Vibrate: While it would be hilarious to see these two come together to perform some super belly flop, it's more using the vibrations to augment the attack power of "Fat Absorption" while simultaneously using "Fat Absorption" to counter act the after shocks.

Foldabody: This one would be really funny. Not only could the excessive weight of "Fat Absorption" let the user spread themselves more when they flatten, but it let them stab into people more effectively. It's two tons hitting you at a single point.

Storage: This could help a lot of with "Fat Absorption" and it's ability to trap people, both in how much they can hold and how well they can hold it. It basically turns the user into a bottomless pit for pretty much whatever they get close to.

Hardening: While this may seem redundant, they can actually help out each other a lot. The hardened shell can help prevent any damage to the main body that isn't kinetic, and the excessive fat of the body could help train the shell by letting them soak up more damage.

Absorb and Release: This would really help the defensive side of the power. Not only could it could cover any non-kinetic damage the user can't normally take as well, but help tank whatever damage they need to take and fire it back out even more effectively thanks to that being built into "Fat Absorption".

Muscle Augmentation: These two work surprisingly well together The increased physical abilities make up for "Fat Absorption" and it's poor offensive power, the larger size could actually make them a better sheild for allies and better at trapping people, and the muscle fibers can make it easier to trap people.

In the Joint Training arc, what team composition from class 1-b would’ve beaten Bakugou’s team or at least given them the hardest time? Let’s assume that 1-b are already aware of his “character development” beforehand and had Shinso as an extra teammate.

As much as I appreciate how you put quotes around character development, I'm not sure how I feel about the sentiment behind the question. Because I think one of the biggest issues of the fight is a lot more how it uses each of the teammates and the lack of interplay between the various Quirks. Giving Class 1-B the biggest advantage possible doesn't really solve the problem. It just makes it a steamroll in the other direction, especially with how overkill it is. Seriously, out of everyone on his team, Bakugou is the only major threat here. So while I think the best answer would be to restructure both teams, I will try to keep it to Class-1B and keep Bakugou's teams as it is. And instead of merely making them stronger, I think it'd be more interesting to have the Quirks play off each other. Specifically, something that would emphasize the whole teamwork aspect of the this particular battle.

Sato-Jurota: While I think that it would be fun to pair off the two hulking brutes, there is a greater reason for it. Jurota can keep up with someone like Sato, but Sato can't fight against Jurota forever. Sato has much stricter physical and mental detriments, as well as the issue of the time limit. He could then be assisted by Jiro, using her sonic attacks to overwhelm the greater hearing of Jurota.

Jiro-Bondo: This could just be my interpretation of how "Cemedine", but I like to think that Bondo's glue could be used to counter Jiro. The mold he's using could be so thick that its cancel out any sound waves Jiro makes to either scout an area or try to attack Bondo directly. She could then be helped by Sero, using his greater maneuverability to more around the glue and binding up Bondo's mouth stop him.

Sero-Hiryu: This one is pretty obvious, with Hiryu's longer ranged, spread out projectiles cutting through whatever tape Sero makes, limiting mobility and trapping potential. The scales acting as armor could prevent Sero from attacking him directly as well, leaving him low on options. He can then be saved by Sato, using his greater strength to power through the scales and smash into Hiryu.

Bakugou-Tokage: This could just be me wanting to redeem Tokage, but I think that she can work as a counter for Bakugou. She's much faster and has a much smaller profile then Bakguou, who I think would have issues attacking such a decentralized target. So when he goes off to start trouble, Class 1-B plans for this, using a mix of Bondo's glue and Setsuna's peices to divide and isolate the teammates. After the fight is going poorly, Bakugou seems to have a tantrum and unleashes a massive, draining attack that doesn't do anything to Tokage. Only to reveal that it was a sacrifice play, drawing out all of the fighters destroying enough of the arena to have the other fighters help each other. The three can work together to take out Setsuna, showing Bakugou rely on other people to get the win.

New Quirk Name: Sleeping Gag

This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to alter their mouth, creating a dark mask full of holes. From this, the user fires out a bright pink goo over medium ranges. When this goo comes into contact with anyone, it will harden around them. This causes the part in question to feel numb and lethargic, becoming more pronounced the more goo is on their person. The goo will remain in a liquid state on other targets, making them good for trapping. This gives the user a good defensive power, able to quickly subdue their foes without them putting up a fight. They can leave foes open for allies, hide goo around an area for traps, use it on injured people to keep them from moving, use it as covering fire, or simply make people get some sleep. Though this does rely a lot on the user's ability to aim or plan with their goo. If the cast is smashed off, which can be done with enough force, the effects of the Quirk will quickly wear off.

Best Quirks for Crowd Control?

So I'm defining "coward control" as either debuffing a large amount of people, trapping them, or otherwise limiting their movement. And for the sake of this, I'll ignore "Softening", "Mushroom", and "Somnambulist" since there are already good examples of that during the MLA War.

Outburst: While it may or may not be difficult to activate, I can't argue with a crowd being left a crying, laughing fit would certainly keep them under control. I mean, I've never seen people riot at a comedy club.

Sloshed: This may not have the best range, but it can certainly delay enemy movement with how unavoidable it is. Have you ever tried to make it threw a party where every single person was drunk?

Cemedine: Useful given it's range and how well it works to limit movement, but I hesitate to call it great because the glue itself doesn't seem that durable. Heck, I could probably break it.

Vibrate: On paper, this can certainly break up any enemy formation you're dealing with and keep them separated. However, it does lose some points by viture of how dangerous and unstable it is.

Cryokinesis: This can be useful for crowd control just by the sheer scale of the ice creations, but like "Vibrate", it can suffer from the fact that the scale seems too big to be super useful a lot of the time.

Vines: This offers a more permeant form of crowd control, not only by binding people in the vines but by making the terrain far more troublesome to traverse. All while leaving opens for allies to get around.

Warp Gate: I mean what better way to control a crowd then to simply throw them out of an area? Can't exactly have a crowd when it's in three different area codes. Heck, that's basically what it was used for for during the USJ attack.

Earthflow/Cement: Honestly, no any other Quirks come close to these two. The sheer scale and scope which these two can reach is insane, but are able to use it with such a fine level of detail that it won't be an issue for anyone but their enemies.

Not sure if you’ve answered this before, but can you do a comparison between Cemedine and Tape?

Cemedine: +Works good for defense and capture +Can be used to seal and support things +User can delay the glue's affect -Glue isn't as versatile -Has issues with accuracy

Tape: +Can make long rolls of tape from elbows +Tape is strong up to pull people around +Capable of pulling the user +Tape has a lot of variety +Can be used with allies -Tape can still be broken -Makes the user's elbows dry

I'm leaning more towards "Tape" on this one. I cannot deny that "Cemendine" works better overall in defense and support given the sheer scope of the glue and how well it can hold and bind things together. That being said, "Tape" can serve similar functions and can do them quite well, especially when Sero learns to make multiple strands of tape at a time. What's more is that tape is an inherently varied item, and it gives Sero more options. For example, "Tape" offers a whole new form of control with how it can grab and move people around the battlefield and how it offers unique mobility in how it can let Sero swing around wherever he wants. What's even better is that the tape can be used by other people, like when they strapped one of Bakugou's grenades to Tokage's flying limb. That opens up so many different support and combination options. And for all of that, there aren't any real downsides to it outside of maybe dry elbows. That's it. So I believe "Tape" is the superior Quirk, having more options and less hassle on the user's part.

If you’re still taking quirk marriages then how about something easy. I give you frog and cemedine

New Quirk Name: Sticky Slime

This Emitter type Quirk allows the user to produce a thick coat of clear gray slime around any point on their body. This slime is thick and heavy, making it hard to escape or remove once it is present on something. The user is protected from this and has some control over the slime with how they move their body, like launching slime outwards like tendrils by moving their arms to launch onto something. This gives the user a good mix of options, with their sticky slime having a surprising amount of functions. They can cling onto nearby surfaces, trap their foes in place, swing around the battlefield, keep structures from falling apart, or simply use it to keep their models together. Though the usage of the Quirk is hindered by the cold, causing the slime to become more brittle and harder to manipulate. The slime can still be destroyed by strong enough attacks or outmaneuvered by quick enough foes.

I have ideas for both of these, but I'll be going with the first one.

New Quirk Name: Drake Mold

This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to grow a series of dull white scales around their body. The user can begin to grow a thick, glue-like sludge around their body, taking on a form resembling a Western dragon. This form is the size of a van and boasts immense physical bulk, allowing it to withstand explosions and deal good damage thanks to its sheer weight. The user can remove and fire out parts of the mold over several meters, such as by flapping their wings, throwing parts of their body, or making it out of their mouth. Any parts that are lost can slowly be replenished and can keep their form after they are fired. This gives the user amazing defensive and support power, becoming a massive roadblock for anyone that tries to get by them. They can block incoming attacks, cut off enemy movement, cover their allies with their wings, seal up structures that are falling apart, or just look like a cool dragon. Though this form is quite slow and heavy, making it difficult to attack people or fly with the wings, it makes the user an easy target and their attacks potentially avoidable. The user works as the core of the power and can be attacked with enough force. The user may target their allies accidentally.
