That machine should do just fine. They’re not bad machines, it’s just the quality isn’t the same, that’s all. But for your sewing needs, that should be perfect.

Ah, true spanish alioli has nothing but garlic and oil (sometimes lemon). I've always found it hard to properly emulsify so I guess that's why some recipes use egg.

Right now they look like this

but they’re so tiny they just look like little blobs of crud unless you get down real close and take a good look at them.  They’ve also just been hanging out, which is kind of a contrast to like monarch caterpillars, who are constantly on the move.

When they get bigger, they smooth out a little and also turn pretty colors.

And if you bug them at any point in time when they’re big, they will rear up and evert the horns.

They’ve got glands in those things that secrete noxious (if you’re a wasp) chemicals.  Basically they sit inside their little caterpillar heads like rolled up party favors, ready to deploy if someone comes along and pokes them.  Useful if you’re a caterpillar and wasps keep trying to eat you or lay eggs in you so their babies can eat you.

I didn’t think RSDR was terrible at all, or white saviour complex. It’s based on a true story of Israeli operatives saving Ethiopian Jewish people and smuggling them out. I thought it was excellent, and they saved thousands of Jewish people.

Good to know! I legit know nothing about it other than “Chris Evans is in it” so it gets a fair shake from me -- I’ve seen poor reviews, but eh, reviewers. Anyhow, we’ll see soon enough!
