This right here is currently one of my favourite Jungrok moments. I adore how casual CJS is with Cale. Most people would notice and not say anything, but him? nooo like that's just his shy boy. Also that's the first he notices after arriving here huh? Even Raon got caught up in the heat seeing there was no blood. I bet you LSH & CJS are just as repressed and biased in their inner monologue as Cale is about their reunion –they fit together but they've changed yet it's the same and they can't process it because they're in the middle of war but they can't help notice the little things in one another but they have new lives *continues blabbering incoherently*
Er... Now that I think about it, didn't the Carnage Demon end up not being used at all during the final showdown with the Blood Cult? Like?
She was introduced at the beginning of the Central Plains arc around the same time as the Sword Saint and Cale planned to use her to enter the Unorthodox faction. But then the Sima folks entered the picture and the Carnage Demon ended up kinda... forgotten?
It's also not really Cale's style to not use everything in his arsenal. I for sure thought he'd drag her and the school of Carnage into the final fight against the Blood Cult to have more manpower. How did he forget that there's a bunch of martial arts assassins he could have used to stealthily take out a few?
We saw the Pinnacle Demon but never got to see Carnage Demon again after meeting Choi Jung Soo. The School of Carnage also was never brought up again. I guess one OP old lady replaced another OP old lady. Kind of a bummer tho. I wanted to see more of her.
I wonder if we'll get to see her again in a few hundred years.
