Kiss neck / pin to a wall and kiss @certifiedprettyboy
He's in between tipsy and drunk, in that heady little nook where he's a little unsteady but still has most of his wits. It's late or early and most of Chai's party has died down to a quiet hum. There's a few guests passed out on the front lawn, some by the pool, draped over the couch in the living room. Chai doesn't see this so much as he knows this because it's the way of things. It's how it always goes.
He's not sure how he got here, sitting with Steve Harrington of all people. They'd been talking and laughing and drinking while Chai watched the way Steve's adam's apple bobbed with a swallow. How his lips shined in the dim lighting. It's just the living room lamp and the moonlight streaming in from the front door. Gave an ethereal quality to Steve's profile. Chai had stopped looking, worried he'd do something and get caught by fire.
But then Harrington had said something, quiet and low beneath the notes of Dancing In Outer Space that gave Chai pause. A little insecure question loosened by alcohol and easy camaraderie. Something about maybe liking guys and maybe not. Chai had blinked, took a drink of his beer and said, Won't figure it out unless ya go for it, yeah?
There were rumors, of course. How Chai had maybe, sort of been with one of the guy's on the baseball team. Maybe. And maybe they had a nasty break-up that got the rumors out in the first place. Chai had just brushed it all off, made them forget the rumors the next day, but they stuck around like a hazy film.
So it made sense Harrington would take that chance in the midst of a dying party where no one would notice. Chai wasn't too surprised when Steve pushed forward to kiss him. Went along with it, stifling the quiet, too-sober murmurs of bad ideas and regret. Future Chai could deal with consequences.
Instead, he let Steve take the lead; getting bold. Bolstered by alcohol and Chai's pliant acquiescence. At the end of dying music, Chai whispered breathy and thick, heat pooling low, "C'mon, not here."
Chai's back hit the wall, sudden. The hazy look in Steve's attention said he was a little farther along than Chai and Chai thought he should slow this done before they both regret it. But then Steve was kissing his neck and Chai felt a shiver all the way down his spine, a weak noise at the back of his throat.
"Ah, estás empezando algo que no puedes terminar--" Fuck. "Hey, I think we better... not."
