New guy… Tango’s coworker Charlie (Cessna 310)
Tango and Charlie got hired at Pine at the same time and quickly bonded over being the probies. They had a mutual crush at first but decided they’re better off as each other’s wingmen
Charlie is a regional contractor who travels between maintenance stations on-call, however Tango’s station is his home base.

The old Cessna 310 found in a barn a couple years back got a little makeover today :]
The plane was nicked named Mighty Mouse by the previous owner after it was found sitting in a barn for 46 years and accumulated 46 years worth of mice nests in every square inch if airplane, weighed about as much as the plane itself too. My teacher decided randomly she was going to paint this on the vertical stabilizer day last month and had us remove the tail.
It’s a super long walk, but the South 40 is so peaceful. No announcers, not so many folks, no food lines. Just planes and up close arrivals. Oshkosh 2021.

I’m so mad I still haven’t gotten Devin and Aaron’s designs down the way I want to yet.
Finally got around to finishing the watercolors on the Cessna 310 I started sketching weeks back. Color scheme based on JimmysWorld's 310 named MightyMouse that he gave to my A&P school to learn plane fixing stuff from :3
Got to use my vintage watercolor pencils for the fuselage details, they're about as old as this 1950s bird.
Trying to get silly ol Jimmy's mouse nest Cessna 310 to turn over the left engine. Saw he never started it in the show, might have found out why- I think the starter is bad 👀
The nacelle is a mess, not sure what my classmates were thinking with that magneto wiring harness tho. B u t. Going to be quite the beast of an engine if we get it running. Thing's an antique from the 1950s!
I mean, the switches are made of bakelite! But that's general aviation for the most part, most stuff is old. Of course, being shoved in a barn since the 80s didn't help this plane get the usual upgrades old planes normally got over time.
