To be expecting a baby is an endless spiral of occurrences. Your body is changing, your mind is changing, your heart is opening up to grow more room as your womb opens up to grow more space. The flow is nothing one can control, but one can give oneself the ultimate gift of being in the flow. To fully embrace all the highs and lows of a pregnancy is often the equivalent to taking risks. But if you do not take risks you will never expand, and if you do not embrace the risk you've already taking in creating life within you, then your body will be expanding without you. And after birth there will be a void in the body where it waits for you to return and fill. Through support and self-reliance you can gain the knowledge and the ultimate reassurance that you are one with the growth. Therefor I became a Doula, to assist all the expectant mothers to rely on themselves again and to trust in their own capacity. For women are amazing and we give birth to thousands and thousands of Souls each day on this Earth.
