Cordelia knew her fair share of heroic people; Angel, Gunn, even Wes managed to handle himself in a tight spot every now and then. Still, she didn’t count herself among them. She shook her head and looked down. “Nope!         The words HURT. 

    Not because they were true, but because after everything they had been through, Jack really thought that Davey wasn’t ride or die for HIM. He had been a normal boy, just trying to help out his parents and otherwise hiding behind books, but then he had met Jack, and suddenly life had seemed like it had a PURPOSE.

    It had been a whirlwind, to say the least, but Davey wouldn’t take any of it back, and he thought that Jack felt the same way. “Do you REALLY think that?” He asked, trying to keep his voice from crackling.

Luke appeared in front of Julie, lips curved up in an amused expression. “I’m a ghost...not a dog. Y’know that, right?” he joked before falling back on the couch behind him. He crossed his arms over his chest and eyed the other. “What’s up? Alex is out with Willie and lord knows what Reggie is up to, but I can try to find them if this is band stuff.”

　　　　Taking a step back the moment Luke appeared out of thin air, Julie couldn’t help but think that there was no way she could get used to it. As a small chuckle escaped from the singer’s lips, Julie sat down on the couch next to the ghostly guy, a sigh being released as she leaned her head back. « No band business, I’m bored. » Which maybe wasn’t a valid reason to summon Luke, but still. Julie could have probably used the free time to write some new songs for the group, but that day the pen just didn’t want to flow on paper. « Wanna watch a movie? »

         splitting up was probably one of the worst things they could do, but he had a good instinct for that kind of thing. and they both had guns which put them one step ahead of any horror movie protagonists. her eyes flickered to where the noise had come from, just in case anything else decided to follow.
