Dead 365 (-20), Squat 305 PR, Bench 175PPR, Power Clean 185 (-20)
Definitely not a true total. Did it out of order, no chalk and a shit bar. I had 385PPR move and peel right out of my grip. True Squat PR, although I'm not sure on depth, luckily the knurling on the bar doesn't matter in a back squat. Bench was alright, could have PR'd with a spot. Power clean was horrible with that bar. Kind of disappointed but didn't expect much.
I listened to John Welbourn talk on The Paleo Solution Ep 94 today. He talks a lot about strength training and about how people end up following 10 different programs and end up not doing anything. I think this is what I did a lot of last semester (before CFG). So I'm going to stick with CFFB as much as I can for the foreseeable future. Spend time doing it, gauge the results and then re-evaluate only after enough time has passed.
