A few accomplishments happened here. First, 225# OHS PR which has quickly become my favorite Barbell movement. Also, I can’t remember the last time I jerked 225 over my head and I managed to do so for 5 singles today. Lastly, I’ve been struggling to gain some weight so that bit of new belly flap is actually a good thing. I’m not sure what the right weight for is but I think that 155# me is probably going to struggle with the higher numbers during my strength training.
